John at Twin Cities is the most professional and nicest man I've ever met in a very sad time for my family and I. He made my family and I feel very comfortable that our father was going to be taken care of in the most pleasant, professional way possible. John made all the paper work simple and easy to understand and he was extremely knowledgeable of and about the whole process. Besides all of that, John treated us as friends and made us feel like we were getting a family discount. We will never forget John and how he treated us. They are very professional and understanding. They even will handle many, many phone calls and questions during a short period of time with grace. They made the cremation process a dignified and respectful experience. Our mother let us know she wanted to be cremated but not where. When she suddenly passed we were in shock. Thankfully the hospital heard good things about Twin City so we went with them. We would highly recommend them.
