Clarks England Shoe Store

We bought shoes in this store, the child did not fit and we made a return in the store. 3 months passed and we did not receive a refund on the card. We called and wrote to the bank, but my bank did not receive the refund amount, and the store says that the money was sent. So , what can I do? The bank sends us to the store, and the store to the bank. We were deceived, now we will not buy anything in this store, we will go to court.

Me and my son stopped in for a look and ended buying some really nice dress shoes. The quality was super and the shoes were very comfortable. This location to have all the sizes we wanted to try on. Manager and sales people on the floor were super nice and helpful.

High quality and brand reputation. Both mens and womens conventional styled shoes. There are casual as well as dress shoes. Some, but not a lot of sneskers. Nicely displayed and the staff is helpful.

I love clarks shoes and boots. The store usually well organized. A bit pricey but they have a good selection to choose for.

I visited this store last week, I really like it, clean, organized , the floor manager he was so gentleman, and polite. Definitely I will be back again.

Nice people good shoes expensive though to me

After purchasing some Clark's shoes online I decided to return the shoes as per the shipping receipt it states I can return them to ANY Clark's retale or outlet store with a receipt. The women immediately tells me that I can't return the shoes because I purchased them online. I show her what the return paperwork that states I can return the shoes to ANY Clark's store. She says "well you can't return the shoes here" and walks away. No trying to listen or read the paperwork again to see where her mistake was. I felt this was bad customer service. What happened the customer is right? She needs to be retrained.

Absolutely the Best personnel in any of the establishments I have frequented!! They cannot do enough to make your purchase a satisfying one. One employee stands out as Exceptional in his personal care and attention.....ask for Bill!! All of the staff are attentive and very personable. The store is very clean and the selection of footware for men and women timely and extremely comfortable!! Such a nice change!! Your feet will be very happy!!

Great choices in wide sized shoes.
