Well I don’t have to say much about the quality of the shoes lol but the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful Kimberly, I was looking for some special color shoes for my daughter and they got us the closest alternative which she loved it! The store is well organized and stocked and we got help right away! I highly recommend this store!
Once again employees were very helpful I bought a few pairs of boots and they were really helpful and I definitely will be back very soon
These GARMENTS are not my favorites, it is not my style. But I have to admit that they have quality and good workmanship. the store is very nice.
Like this brand and always get for my kids especially for winter season. Complaining about service though, very rude staff.

Came here around 5pm today to get my dad a present for his birthday. I had to wait a few minutes to get in but it moved quick. First, I went in and wasn’t greeted or asked if i needed help by anyone which kind of annoyed me because I was trying to get in and out. I knew what i wanted. I went to the register to an woman who was probably in her 30s or 40s. I stood quietly waiting and very rudely she said “can i help u with something?” clearly i wouldn’t be standing there if i didn’t need help. i asked for the shoe i needed and she was just rude. seemed like she was the oldest one and in charge and that’s just embarrassing customer service. ignored me for the first minute of me standing there. As i asked for the size a young girl asked if she should get it. I WISH i got her name. but if she sees this she’ll know who I am. she was SO helpful, sweet, personable, and professional. They didn’t have the size i needed, only in a different type and she made sure i would get the shoe i needed and was able to use my rewards. she was willing to go through their new inventory to get what i needed for my dads birthday. this girl is so sweet and went out of her way to do that for me, she needs a raise !!!! I would definitely return just because of how helpful she was. thank you honey !!! i wish everyone in there was like her
I was surprised this store was so small but it was a neat and nicely organized store. The staff surprisingly wasn't to warm but they were professional. We were not greeted upon entering the store. Someone I knew use to work in this place from the time the doors opened about two or three years ago. I may never return to this store to make a purchase, only because I don't like to do mall shopping. I am a fan of this brand. They make great quality stuff but I am not a fan of traffic or crowds and this is a very busy high traffic mall.
The ASM D-T here has an attitude that can’t be fixed! She told me that’s “just how I speak!” She was 100% in the WRONG and wouldn’t even look me in my face when I went there in person. No apology however on the phone her tone changed when she returned my call. It is also ironic that she told me she wouldn’t be there but then when I got there everyone knew my name! She refused to walk over even when I asked for her specifically. The fact that is an ASM had such behavior and customer service is sad. MD needs her customer service addressed maybe start with phone etiquette take some notes from ERIC - ERIC was amazing he was a gem! 5/5! He stepped in when she wouldn’t even walk over and he was sweet as can be ! Also UPDATE: I went to another store and they even knew who I had issue with before saying her name ! Apparently she is KNOWN across county for her nasty attitude and customer service that says something
A black man staff was extremely rude and impolite. I was waiting for my shoe size. There were too many people in the store, so I put the wall side my stroller, a black man staff hit the stroller and my baby. He just blamed me and yelled for why the stroller was there. First of all, shouldn't he apologize if he hit a stopped stroller? I will never forget his annoyed face. I wish I could give this review no stars.
