Very happy with the valet service at Equinox in Southport. The valets do a great job. Even though the parking is crazy in the morning I can get to my class on time without circling around looking for a spot. I highly recommend their services. You can have peace of mind when you handle you car to them. I've been a customer of them for a while now and not once I had any reasons to complain but to be happy on how my car was taken care of and how fast they got it back to me everytime. The service that i received from this company at my jobs Christmas party was great. The employee was very courteous and patient because i had to put on my make up and find my other shoes. I thanked him so many times because i was holding up the line. I commend them because the parking spaces were tight and i had no scratches. If ever you are looking for a valet service Classic Valet is the one.
Wonderful experience. They valeted my daughter's wedding. They arrived early and were unfailingly courteous, and there were more than enough attendants. I had reached out to 3 valet parking companies. One was the same price as CVP and one was twice the price so I feel they were very reasonable. Also, when it turned out they had to come earlier and leave later than I had originally contracted, they did not up my cost, which was a very pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend.
I've been bumping into the valet service plenty of times and every single time I've been satisfied. The crew is very professional and kind. Being able to see the manager Juan Valle at many locations was very astonishing. Having the opportunity to see how professional and efficiently he did his job was great. Keep up the good work!
Used their service at Northern Westchester hospital when I went there for my daughters birth and had a very pleasant experience. I went there very nervous with my wife while in labor and they were very professional and straight to the point. I was able to take my mind off leaving my brand new car with them because the attendants were very polite and professional. I see a lot of reviews from people who claim they had a bad experience but no one writes about the good service they receive.
I hosted a holiday party in westchester at the Glen island club in New Rochelle & I was not only impressed with the quality of service I received by these guys I couldn’t believe their manager Juan Valle was among the guys working. I had a large party of over 150 guest and surely it got overwhelming at the end of the night. However Juan was attentive to my guest & tended to them in a professional and quick manner. I will be looking forward to having the company at my next year holiday party.
