Description

Corey Campbell, President of Classy Chassis, began his career in the car care industry in 1983 with a mobile detail business he opened while in high school at the age of 16. He started operating the business out of his car and by the time he graduated from high school and was attending a local community college, he upgraded to a panel truck.

Today, Classy Chassis is one of the most well-known car care facilities in the Puget Sound area. Classy Chassis’ management and staff are dedicated to providing the very highest quality and most complete range of vehicle care and appearance services possible for its customers.

The car care facilities in Lakewood and Puyallup use the highest technology in equipment and proven products that will protect and enhance the customer’s investment. Lakewood also features Classic Coffee drive-up and walk in, which provides fast, convenient, high quality beverages and food items for its customers. Multiple items missing from vehicle after detailed. Was not up to par the first time I was told it was done. They kept it for another 2 hours still dirt in spots and wax left in multiple areas. Windows are filthy and smeared. Read the reviews on this place. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and they lost my business after an AirTag and straps from my vehicle were stolen. Police report filed and will never give them my business again. Sticky fingers and poor quality. If I could give negative stars I would. Update: After speaking with the company president I was given some stolen goods back and money towards the other items but all I heard in the conversation was excuses for the workers. Such as he was tired, he had a bad day, he doesn’t know how to read. All these excuses are irrelevant to the fact that there is theft at this business. I appreciate some funds back but the hassle and poor customer service will guarantee that I never return. CLASSY CHASSIS EMPLOYS THIEVES!Services: Auto interior vacuuming
On January 6 I had my vehicle detailed with the #3 supreme that is the best offering. The exterior was covered in wax that wasn’t buffed out all around the vehicle. It was raining upon pickup, so I couldn’t tell until the rain stopped. There were numerous places around the interior that were clearly not even wiped down like this window trim and under the headrests. I was also surprised to find that the rain-x type window treatment was not included in the package price, nor was leather conditioner. For the top tier package, I would expect these to be included. I know Classy Chassis is cheaper than other shops, so I wasn’t expecting it to like detailing a high end sports car, but I’m disappointed that this was the work received.
I went on 04/17/2022 at 1:00pn. I didn't get the name of the lady who detail my car. But I just want to thank her for the awesome job she did cleaning the inside of my car. I have been a unlimited customer for about two months. The automated car wash is great and not harsh on the vehicle paint. Which is very important to me. As I am physically unable to wash my own car. Which was one of the things I loved to do. I am happy I am able to get my car wash whenever I need or want to. I love Classy Chassis. Don't waste your time and money on A . Classy Chassis is worth it. Trust. So on 5/26/2022,I suggested to my friend that she do her car washing busy with Classy Chassis. The service was very poor and the lead or supervisor lady who was in charge was very argumentative and It was very embarrassing as I have been praising Classy Chassis to everyone and telling them to get their car cleaned there as I am A monthly paying member. I have email customer support twice and have called customer support. They have not returned my calls nor gave any attention to my emails. So I will suggest if you want good customer service. Do not go in the early day to get your car cleaned if you are looking for the extra interior cleaning service. Cause they will treat you like your issue don't matter and will give you less than 1 star service.
It was okay service Staff friendly. I asked for some extra wipe down on seats and pointed out specific areas of concern. I picked it up and some was still there. They said "it is just a wipe down". I'm thinking $20+ bucks for just a basic wipe down? I went and bought armor all cleaning wipes. Wiped over the areas again and they were gone. So either they are my putting effort into doing a good job or didn't quite bother to wipe it down at all. Not sure which. Points for offering to redo but I was on a hurry. Poor service went in for a detail to ship my vehicle they told me a mini would be perfect but then had to reschedule me for a full detail days later. Finally got it done and they didn’t even get all the pet hair that I didn’t vacuum myself. The lady in the front was rude I kept explaining I needed the car perfect for the car shipment place even provided the paperwork on what needed to be done. I inspected it myself and told them it still had pet hair she inspected it and saw a stain still had a guy who didn’t even detail it do it again and still didn’t get done up to standards poor service on the inside and the original detailer at least the other guy did the best he could even though he didn’t detail it originally.Service: Auto detailing
The service was not up to par it didn’t look like they did a thorough cleaning that I paid for it looked as if the just vacuumed the interior and wiped down just the dash board. I could have done a better job but it was a gift from my husband. Kayla the receptionist has poor customer services was unable to take care of the customer or give a time or date on scheduling and when asked to speak to a manager she said she would transfer me and hung up on me all in all I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND using them as your detail place due to poor customer service from detail manager and Kayla if I could give a zero I would have the they said 3 pm to pick up car and still had to wait over an hour when it was dropped off in the morning about 9:30Services: Auto detailing
Classy chassis is our go to for a simple car cleaning. They have an amazing coffee stand that you can visit while waiting and trust me, you want to visit this coffee stand. They employees are super nice and the coffee is great. Tbh me and my spouse will come here for a date while we get our cars cleaned
Several weeks ago I had my Highlander in for the mini detail. Most everything looked great, but I noticed on the way home that the windshield interior was smeared. The back window interiors still had doggy nose prints, so they had not been cleaned. I returned the next day to fix the problem. I was very fortunate to have Bernard clean the neglected windows. He was very professional, pleasant, and did a great job. Thanks Bernard!
I wish this place would be better, they have the opportunity to be great. My car has never been clean after going here. I have paid from $29 to $199 and still just lacking the detail most places offer. This last time, my bumper came off in the wash. It had two broken clips and the wash ripped it off and someone ran over it. The owner tried to help and backed my car into another car, kinda funky. He zip tied my broken bumper back on which was nice, but for $65 my car was still dirty, like the door jams, center console, windows Etc.. I think they are just too busy and not enough staff. But between all our cars they just never clean them, I don't expect pollen removal, but I usually have to go home and re-wipe my windows and door jams
The people who work here are nice. I came in right before lunch last Friday and I paid 33-35 bucks for a car wash. My car was dirty, but not like it had been through mud for weeks or anything like that and I just felt like the quality wasn't worth the price. The inside was okay but the rims and windows were still so dirty and the mirrors had streaks all over them. The windows were so dirty still I went with Windex and paper towels and cleaned them up. Idk, I just felt like I paid way too much for me to still have to clean my car myself after the car wash.
