Took my truck to get washed here. Used the touch less wash. All it did was spray my truck with soap. Didn’t rinse it. Went to another bay where I had to drop more money to rinse the soap off. Total down $30 for a car wash. Would not recommend going to this spot.
I’ve given this car wash multiple chances. At this point I want my money. Whoever locks them gates at nite will see me. I paid to have my car washed and instead got soap and no water pressure. Crackheads used the bays to shoot up and relax in their cars. It’s a shame. I want my money. U get what u ask for.Services: Scratch removal
It lost a star because one time the sprayer was malfunctioning and I didn't realize until I paid. I've never used the vacuums. Otherwise, good prices and there's usually an open stall. If you pay with your credit card, it starts counting up the time until you stop, then it charges you. Cash is better.
No one around when needed. Had to pay twice for a car wash because one bay had a broken hose so I had to get out and go into the other bay and have been trying to get through to a person on a phone number that says "VOICE MAIL FULL " !
Paid for a wash I didn't receive. Called the service number and the mailbox was full. I text twice with no response. Used this wash for years with no issues. I tried to let them fix the problem before I left a bad review because I don't like to leave bad reviews.
I attempted to wash my car here today. I did a prewash like I do then a vacuum, then went back to do the detailed wash. The initial bay I used was taken, so I used another. I swiped my card again, soaked my car, switched to foam brush and immediately noticed a problem when I started brushing...no soap. Switched to soap spray thinking I'd soap it up and brush the soap around. No soap in the sprayer either. Hit stop, but no way to get refund for the zero car wash. All numbers posted are for security cameras, vending companies, 1 leads to a redirect to a sales scam, another is a dead line, and then at the back is a number to call for service that leads to a voicemail directing you to leave your name and number. The mailbox is full. My guess is it is perpetually full. I contacted my credit card company and reported for a refund. I will also be reporting the business for this practice to the FTC. If others have had a similar experience there is a convenient online fraud reporting tool for such things. Businesses shouldn't make a practice of intentionally setting things up to steal from customers with no means of recourse. Only use these services at your own risk. There is no means if direct refund. You will need to file with your bank/credit card company. If you use cash, you will be out of luck. I went to the drive-through car wash I put in a $10 bill and pushed ultimate car wash it asked me to put in three more dollars I put in another 10 because I didn’t have change and no change came back I then pushed refund and on the screen it popped up please only add exact change and the amount for ea wash is not posted, of course I get no refund and all the phone numbers I call are not working or mailbox is full so basically I got ripped off for seven dollars of my heart earn money and that’s hard to come by these days shame on this company.
Sometimes it takes my card and doesn't let me use the automatic washer and I haven't gotten a refund but if it keeps happeningill probably startlookingfor anotherplace. The triple foam gun has not worked in quite a while. Overall though its a decent place to get the car washed
Went through bay 2 the last one for automatic. Spent 13 and all it did was soap my car then say have a nice day. Now I am waiting to use another spot to finish it and no way to get a refund!!! Owner HELP
Do NOT go here tried to vacuum stole $1.50 from me also The only other working back you took some lady’s money also. Only one out of four manual bays worked tried the other two that weren’t condop couldn’t get them to turn on. At least those would return the money when it didn’t go through, but I couldn’t use the working one due to a long line so I resorted to a automatic which left spots and the dryer is only like 30seconds. also the bill to token swappers coin changes do not work if the owners being this time fixing that stuff is this could be a nice place is it’s always busy!
