USE TO BE GOOD. They commercialized and went down hill. There’s no attentiveness at all anymore with anything on their menu ESPECIALLY the juices. The takeout juices in fridge use to be freshly made every couple of days and now we found out they’re not fresh anymore… we were wondering why they look and taste disgusting. Too pricey for garbage. On top of it all the staffing is always young, annoyed, immature kids who have zero knowledge about healthy food or juices. Save your money go somewhere else The Juice Box maybe or make your own at home and save your time, taste buds and $$$$$
I love everything about Clean Juice. There services is great with everyone I encounter. They are friendly and very helpful. They also follow through with what they said they will do. Also, the juices are high quality juices. I am confidence that their juice keeps me health. This one is one of my favorite!!
Great customer service. Organic and healthy selection of food and drinks. I have tried Acai bowl- nutty bowl and berry bowl; juices- sweet green and orange. I had strep throat-2 weeks ago and the 2 juices: orange and immune shot did wonders for my recovery. Today, I ordered the longevity one and sweet green to go. I am happy to have healthy options nearby.
My first experience with this Clean Juice was an odd one and today was no different. A few months ago when we stopped by one morning we found the owner or manager and her employee locked out of the building an hour after they were supposed to be open and unsure of when someone would be coming with keys to open for them. Fast forward to this morning I chose to give them another try instead of going to my usual Winter Park location. Without even a hello from the young employee I had to proactively order my go to Glow One and was given a beverage so separated that it appeared to be days old - I was told "it's okay, that is what happens when it sits there", problem was it had just been prepared. We ordered two items that included almond butter and it was not until the girls were making the items that they realized they had no almond butter. The smoothie we ordered was made without it and just given to us without letting us know they had left out an ingredient. When asking for a refund on the Apple Pie toast since it could not be made without the almond butter it induced an eye roll and a sigh. I have no desire to ever go to this Clean Juice again and will very gladly drive to Winter Park where they at least seem happy to see their customers and enjoy their environment.
I love the idea of handcrafted and fresh organic ingredients. Besides that, is the worst process! always we have to wait A LOT for just one juice. I know handcrafted takes time but there’s a limit. Is not worth it to wait this amount of time. Good business idea , bad logistic process ever! Ps love organics but if this company wants to help the planet, please don’t use plastic straws
Numerous bad occasions have now resulted in me staying away from this location: 1. The drinks are never consistent. Whoever you get to make them makes a completely different one to the next person. 2. I went in a few weeks ago and one staff member at the counter talking to his friends. He took my order, then walked around to the front of the counter to his friends and began talking and looking at social media stories! I had to go up to him and ask him to stop socialising with his friends and make my drink. 3. I spent over $50 on Postmates for 3 smoothies plus tip/fee etc. I ordered healthy heart x 2 a yellowy looking smoothie, instead I received two completely different red smoothies with beetroot in. I called them up to let them know that I waited over an hour for my smoothies and they mad the wrong ones. I was assured the owner would call me. Of course they didn’t, expectation that a bunch of kids takes all responsibility. Not the same level as other stores within this franchise. Avoid this location unless you’re happy with a subpar smoothie and terrible service
The cold pressed juice was delicious but the sandwich was a BIG letdown. I got the Cali Sandwich but it was very bland. Definitely wasn’t worth the $$. I would only come back for the cold pressed juices. I got the orange and was very happy with how it tasted. I could see the cleanses being well-liked and healthy.
I have told so many to get food here because it is organic and fresh. However after today I'm done doing that. The service just keeps getting worse and worse.... meanwhile the prices have gone up and somehow for less food than before. I ordered a Yummus bowl today and either the girl didn't know how to make it properly or management is choosing to decrease ingredients. I asked to have my order refunded because they forgot to ask if I was a rewards member and I wanted to put in my number. The kids didn't know how to do that and went to ask their manager... who never came out. I was told to just figure it out with the app. Just very disappointed to have spent $27 for something that was maybe worth $15 at best and that the service is only getting worse. Too bad because it is a great concept and could be doing much better than it is currently. Edited to add: Just had the salad and on top of the ingredients being smaller portioned than previously... There was NO quinoa at all in this salad... So disappointed in this service the workers should be supervised more closely to see what they are doing and help them to not make these mistakes given the expensiveness of the food here.
Hated. Absolute bummer of a place. Clean juice? Never tried it. I came here for the food with some family. Absolutely sucked. I didn't even know you can make a bad sandwich! I ordered the egg salad sandwich, instead of mayo they use avocado, and on wheat grain bread. The presentation was tremendously bad, the sandwich was dry and it looked like it got run over by a truck for $12 for one sandwich! All sandwiches came out the same, at least a pickle on the side would've been nice! The employees all seem in their teens, and definitely not friendly, I tried to interact to be nice bc I'm supporting local business but sheesh, at least a friendly "Hi" would've been appreciated! I was excited to come here but will definitely not be recommending anymore.
This place keeps going down and even further down. They have no management and they expect a bunch of kids to be responsible enough to run this location. It has to be one of the rudest places I have ever visited to buy a 12 dollar smoothie .Awful customer service and the drinks are never consistent. The location is never cleaned and every time is a different experience for the worst. I really like the location due to it is convenient and I used to visit it a couple of times a week. It this will be the last time especially since there are a 100 more places to get a quality smoothie with nice customer service. Good bye clean juice…
