Call before you come to the outdoor pool off of Ramada! Website hours are not always accurate. Showed up at 12:05 to swim today because the website says it opens TODAY SPECIFICALLY at noon. Nope! Not until 1:00! So I’m sitting here in this heat, waiting. Lifeguards and gym attendant are great. Pool cleaner does a good job. Whoever maintains the website needs to do a better job. It’s not difficult to utilize a system that informs the public in real time. Also, I paid the regular annual pool pass fee, and the outdoor pool is still only open two days a week. If this does not change soon, I’ll be at the office requesting a partial refund. It is not fair.
The facilities are nice and well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the pools are frequently closed and even shut down for the year in the middle of the summer. The events are poorly run as well. The Easter egg hunt was not a great experience. I'm afraid I will not be paying for any passes this year as they are basically a waste of money. It's a shame because the area itself is very nice.
Great facility to have your baby shower, birthday party, small wedding reception or any gathering. They have a kitchen and restrooms in the room I used. I had my baby shower in the Pavilion Room. Set up and decorations by me. I was able to use the space very well as you can see it in the pictures. The facility with also very clean.
Rachel the general manager definitely need additional training in customer relations.. Respectful handling of situations etc..My experience with her has been extremelyunpleasant.. She has proven herself to be rude, condescending, disrespectful unprofessional on multiple occasions... I even have concerns as to how she can stay the general manager?
Location is great for events. Big yard, gym, and nice swimming pools. Good organization. Attended the Easter event.
I voted in the Republican primary! A fine bunch of volunteers stages the polling place!
All the staff was very accommodating. The gym was clean. My event was a success with my friends and family. Thanks so much the Archie/Gradney Family
The pool is filthy and there were piles of some kind of dirt at the bottom of it. I am now sick after using it for the first time last night. Disgusting. The locker rooms are gross and old and look like they're from the 60's. The only hand dryer there doesn't even work. The lockers are totally rusted and bent, my locker got stuck and I was barely able to get my bag out and hurt my hand. This place needs a total overhaul. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless they actually start cleaning the pool, and that's at the very least of what they need to do.
I had my son’s 5th birthday here and it went off brilliantly. Robyn, the events coordinator, and her staff did exceptional in set up and organization and the kids had a fantastic time playing indoor soccer, basketball, and many other games. The parents enjoyed watching their kids play in the comfort of an air conditioned space, which is so convenient with the Texas heat, and the kids had so much fun they napped as soon as they sat down in the car to head home. Best idea ever to host a sports themed birthday party here, will definitely be back again!
Great indoor swimming pool and three outdoor pools. The outdoor pools will be opening for the spring and summer soon. Indoor pool offers workout classes, check their schedule.
