Maria was our salesperson and she listened to what we wanted and led us straight to the furniture we bought. It was perfect! She also helped us with a rug and runner as well. We are highly satisfied with our purchase and can't wait for it to get here in just a couple of days! I highly recommend this furniture store! The sales crew are awesome!
Maria @ Bay Baybrook location has been wonderful, had issue with new mattress and she spent many hours helping me get it resolved, she stayed on it when I was just about ready to accept a mattress I was unhappy with. She is great with customer service & an asset to your company. She’s the type that will call customers with future sales. I will definitely be using her in the near future as I continue to remodel a home after the freeze ruined everything. She figured out my taste quickly & showed me many pieces I’ll will be need as the house is entering next stage ! I own several restaurants & she is the reason I will continuing using Star Furniture. She’s a keeper.
Nice furniture, beautiful store … way out of my price range … I paused at a beautiful king size bed that was made up with incredible, masculine accessories. Price tag said $1999. Which seemed reasonable … I’m thinking $2k for king size bed, mattress and accessories … WRONG! $1999 would get you just the comforter / duvet, sheets, pillow cases, shams and decorative pillows. $2k just for the bedding?! I’m in the wrong store and out of my price range!
We had a great experience buying a sofa from this location. We needed some flexibility after the purchase and the manager came through for us. They have earned our business going forward.
Assistance after purchase has not measured up. We had incorrect pieces delivered and received poor support from the store in figuring out what the issue was. I had to make a additional in-person visit to the store to do what, in my opinion, should be done by a store employee on our behalf. We were also given incorrect information about the availability of one of the pieces. This, together with ripped weather stripping and a gouge in our wood door by the delivery crew have not made for a pleasant experience. After spending several thousand dollars I expected better customer service around their mistakes.
So much beautiful furniture. Noticed they also sell some very nice comforter sets. Jasmine took very good care of us. I always like to shop at Star and Star Outlet
Our sales associate, Grace, met us at the door with a smile and showed us to the power recliners. She listened to what we wanted and found us the perfect chairs. She answered all our questions. She made our purchase simple and easy.
Always receive excellent service. Sarah V is my favorite but everyone is always pleasant and willing to assist. I know it sounds cliché but Star delivers Customer Service the way it used to be done--by putting the customer first. Can't say enough.
Working with Ms Hattie is always a joy. She listens to what you really want and is patient enough walk through the entire store to find the perfect piece for you. This is our 3rd purchase with her and we would NOT have it any other with!!
Mr. Sharp was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the bedroom furniture we were interested in. He listen to our likes and dislikes. We were very pleased with our selections and look forward to working with him again soon.
