Great place to camp. The owners are exceptionally nice and accommodating. Lots to do with a lake that has a nice little beach and floating dock . Nice sized lots for big rigs. Reasonable prices. Close to conveniences. RecommendRooms: 5/5
First time renting an RV and what a great place. Family running it is A+, so helpful, and a riot! Walk around lake is easy with kids and their are hidden finds for them. Will do again.
What a great RV Park in nNorth Oakland County. A very clean and quite place. The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating. The lake is real nice and stocked. Great catch and release fishing. Cement RV pads full hookupsService: 5/5
Had a Great time. The goat lookout tower was a grin. Kids had fun at the petting zoo, they did some fishing, bike riding and skateboarding. It was a treat for them to ride their bikes to the gas station and buy themselves a treat. The had food truck vendors at Brandon High School, which was a Cool Surprise, and also a Great Fireworks show on the 4th. The only criticism I know of, was the lots were small. We had Good neighbors tho, so it wasn't too bad. Mikey was very nice, and helpful on several occasions during our stay. She stopped by our sight several times to make sure we were happy with everything. It's location, the amount of things to do, things to see, and how it's tucked right in to Brandon/Otisville area were all Great Surprises for us. We will be back to Clearwater for sure.

What a Amazing place to camp. Where else can you wake up and see a Bull, Goats, Peacocks, Horses, etc. Stayed here to tent camp for a Cbox show. Fantastic place to tent camp. We thoroughly enjoyed this place. Friendly, Helpful staff as well. Thank You !Rooms: 5/5
Funny story...Two of my friends camped here in the past and gave it a 6.5 on a scale of 10. They said when they called to make the reservation and check in the lady was "crotchety". Years later I called today and asked if golfcarts were allowed, the "crotchety" lady told Mr she would prefer if weekenders didn't bring golfcarts. Soooooo....I won't. I won't spend my money there.
The staff were extremely helpful with a big, complicated group that was up for the Rennaisance Festival. They were friendly, helpful, and the whole experience was wonderful!Service: 5/5
This place has some charm but get your visit payment in a clear record some how. I was staying for over 30 days and was supposed to be at one rate. And then it changed and I had to pay for a additional rate. Petting farm was fun. Water is a good size for kayaking.
I really enjoyed this campground. The price was very reasonable for such a nice place. The grounds were impressive in size and well cared for. The owner was helpful and friendly. They only accept cash or checks, so you need to be ready for that. My campsite was large and backed up to a wooded area. I didn't hear any road noise. The location is great and there are plenty of businesses nearby. I would definitely stay here again. I already have recommended it to friends.
