Waited much too long after undressing for examination. 16 mins for less than 5 mins with the Dr who was very courteous well informed and involved. Returned for labs and was in and out in no time. Honestly more satisfied with the service here than with MH
Came in this morning for my allergy testing. The lady who checked me in and the gentleman who did my test were really nice and pleasant. I wish I knew that the testing they provided for me, an environmental test, wasnt what I needed. Still have the issue of the hives. I have had it for 7 weeks now. I am grateful they were able to get me in bc the doctor was booked till May. I was suppose to have a virtual follow up at 1 30pm with allergy doctor. That was cancelled bc the doctor stated he needed to see me in person for the hives. Also to speak to me about my results. I asked them about it over the phone and morning of the allergy test. Its just frustrating bc that is what I called about and they verified it prior to setting it up. Now I am out 45 co pay and will have to pay new 45 copay to Coral Springs office. Now I am going to Coral Springs office bc they have afternoon appt to see me. 3 stars for the Allergy Dept
My father had an EMERGENCY when he was working with me in Weston, I called the 911, and the ambulance gave him A awesome treatment but unfortunately, they took him to this Horrible hospital Cleveland clinic inside the hospital they left my father from 1 pm to 11 pm without any food or drink, And only after I ask they brought him something to eat and drink Saying sorry and saying that they "forgot". They left him for more than 2 hours with an empty I.V bag without changing or removing the BAG, and when we complain they disconnected the IV, and they put my father's birth date wrong even after I have handed over his ID To them, this is one of the worst hospitals to bring your family, worst experience and one of the worst time in my life I will never bring anybody to this place, not even an animal deserves to be treated like they treat my father. Don't make the same mistake that I did bringing your family there when was 7 am they put him on the Roon 316, and at 11 am they kicked him out of the room saying that another patient was going to use that room, they didn't gave to him any paperwork, he didn't sign Anything and we will look for our rights. From the outside the hospital looks beautiful, but inside they don't care about you
I had the great opportunity to have Dr. Rosenthal take care of me and my surgery. I can’t say enough about him and his staff. He is a very knowledgeable and caring Dr.. Next was the recovery room. Once again I met the nicest most caring individuals. A big thank you to Megan for taking such great care of me till I got my own room. And the great care continued till I left the hospital. To everyone I had the chance to meet and have you help me, I want to thank you all so much. Thank you for answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. This has to be the best hospital I have ever been in.
I have been a patient of Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Cleveland Ohio since 1994. I moved to Florida and decided to use the Clinic Hospital in Weston FL..... 300 miles from my home... My cardiologist scheduled a test that required fasting and was comprehensive. I scheduled the test 6 months in advanced and all the info appeared on the Hospital website and was correct. So I drive the 300 miles and get a hotel room ..next day show up 45 minutes early check in. When I got back to the testing area they had me on their schedule ..but for a different test and told me it was their fault and I could come back the next day for the test... Nothing could be done and their callus attitude even though it was their screw up really was poor customer service. I would never go back to CC Florida... they are a mess... They could not explain how this happened and my 300 mile trip was my problem not theirs. The main campus in Cleveland is run like clock... My experience with Weston so far is the opposite and if I needed surgery I would never go there for anything. I'm surprised CC puts their name on a place like this. BEWARE!
Extremely disappointed with the appointment time and also with prices. I have been trying to get en appointment with my primary doctor and sooner appointment will be in 6 months. That's understandable. They charge a lot of money for everything and we have to wait that long for everything. How people will get better? No options or alternatives. I'll move to a better clinic soon.
My husband used to work here a few years ago. Hands down one of the best places for physical therapy. Growing up in south Florida Cleveland clinic has always been know for its quality of care. It has grown so much and it's so clean and well lit now. I love how the new cafeteria looks.
I just had a live liver transplant done at Cleveland Clinic here in Weston and have been treated here since 2015 for my liver condition. I recommend them %5000!!!’ Amazing care from all departments. The nurses in Intensive care were outstanding! Cannot tell you how blessed I have been to be under their care! Special shout out to Interventional Radiology, who for many months treated me weekly! They too are the very best nurses and doctors!
Hi! We had an appointment to see the Urologist specialist today, arrived early per the recommendation at the Cleveland Clinic. First of all we drove over an hour from Palm Beach to Weston Florida, then waiting over an hour to see the specialist and no update given. The patient was very uncomfortable due to tubes, and having to wait longer with no estimated timelines. This is not acceptable as a member of Cleveland Clinic concierge program for many years. We then left and drove over an hour back home in traffic. No one followed up with us at this point. This is one of the worst experiences we have had. There is nothing Concierge about the level of service and attention to patients. If the specialist was running behind why were not informed or updated?? When you need their services you are left waiting. Your health or your time means nothing to them. If you planning on visiting this clinic or joining the concierge program, I would highly reconsider.
On Thanksgiving Eve, I had a bad fall and I was in excruciating pain I had two MRIs recently ordered by my primary care provider and I 'm still under health care for the lesions. Cleveland Clinic gave me the worst health care of my life I'm a Nurse Practitioner. It's important to let you all know that it was only one patient in the waiting room when I arrived to ER and the nurse took my vitals immediately and moved me to an examination room, but the care finished at that point. I waited for 2.5 hrs and nobody came to take care of me. I heard the nurses laughing loudly. I went to the nurse station and a MD was there, I requested the discharge to go to another hospital, he apologized, stating that they were very busy. He ordered x rays, and prescribed me a non narcotic medication for pain 10/10 pain scale, because opioids make me sick. I waited another hour waiting for the x rays. The x ray tech told me that they weren't busy at all. The nurse never came with the medication, so I went again to the counter and the MD told me that the nurse was on his way with the injection ???. After the administration of the med, I wait another 30 min for the x rays results and discharge. I don't give a review of "0", because this system don't offer the option. They don't have empathy with the patients.
