My daughter wasn’t feeling great and we decided to take her here this morning. Every single staff member we worked with was amazing and so caring for her! They took the time to treat her like a child and because of that she had a great experience and quick diagnosis. Thank you SO much to the amazing staff here. You made this an easy experience for parents and child. Thank you!!
Saw Dr Sharma on 4/9/22 for a sinus infection, she misrepresented my condition in her visit notes and said I had a dental condition, therefore Medicare will not pay the claim. I have appealed and sent a letter from my dentist and copy of an x-ray that shows the sinus infection which she did not want to look at nor did she take an x-ray while I was there to make a proper diagnosis that was correct. She has refused to change my file to correct my medical records. Do not go to this place!
Went thinking I had the flu. Told them I have discolored phlegm too. Covid and flu came back negative. Called to see if I could get an antibiotic. They said that if they thought I had a sinus infection then I would have been called in something. Then they told me to call my primary care.
Got sick right after New Years, wasn’t getting better was getting worse. Went in to get antibiotics for a sinus infection. I had every single symptom. I had been sick for 15 days at this point and only getting worse. The doctor tested me for covid and flu even though I told her I had neither. Then “prescribed” me to buy mucinex for symptoms. Went to urgent care in mentor the next day and got antibiotics bc they listened to me and got cured!
I was here three weeks ago. I experienced a rude receptionist and a $90 copay to see a nurse practitioner that diagnosed me with "a suspected viral infection of an unknown origin" with no treatment. I never got better. I saw my primary doctor today and had to pay a $50 copay to find out I have a sinus infection and need antibiotics. Between all of the co-pays, bills from insurance, covid tests, and missed work, this sinus infection has cost me about $1000. It would've been much less if I had a proper diagnosis at urgent care to begin with.
Thank you so much to the nurse, doctor, and front desk person who also may be a nurse who went out of their way to take care of our one year old boy. The nurse came outside and looked at him, checked his oxygen and made sure he was doing well enough to wait to see the doctor. He was fine and it made us feel a lot better. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
I can't say enough good things about this facility! I had a very long wait on an incredibly busy day the day after Christmas, a Sunday, no less, yet the staff were cordial, efficient, and provided excellent care. I appreciated that the registration was private, rather than my having to give all my personal information and symptoms while the waiting room crowd could hear everything. I was pleased to wait in the warm waiting room rather than in the car during freezing cold temps!, as I was told I would have had to do at another Urgent Care Center. I don't recall the name of the young woman who showed me to the examing room, but she was kind and helpful. And I DO recall Matt, who provided the diagnosis a UTI - I had not guessed!, prescribed effective medication, and I'm getting better. All staff were positive, encouraging, and attentive, despite the crazy-busy day they were having. I drove 30 minutes to get to this facility. And I was glad I did.
My husband went in for dizziness They didn't even want to look at his ears said go to er My husband went to minute clinic and was diagnosed with ear infection This place didn't even want to look at his ears Very rude and seemed not to even care
Absolutely horrible. I’ve had symptoms of an ear infection for 3 days on top of having chronic sinusitis. I wanted to get ahead of the game before my ears got infected, I was told they couldn’t give me anything only after 3 days of symptoms because I wouldn’t take a Covid test. They said to come back at day 8-10, why so the infection can start?? I do not have any other symptoms at all, they disregarded everything I told them about my chronic sinusitis. I went to Cleveland clinic since my ENT dr is through them so they could see my charts. They didn’t care, literally called my family physician and they sent me something in for free. I will never go to this location again. You take an oath to care of people, they literally looked in my ears and said they were bulging with fluid but wouldn’t help me. I fear this world is only going to get worse.
This is the second time I have had to visit this location, as we are just in town to visit family. I am pregnant and high risk, so when I was having UTI symptoms I was very anxious. I called and the man who does registration assured me that it was fine to come in even though I would be pushing it close to closing time. When he registered me, he was kind and patient. The nurse was also very kind and thorough even though it was after hours at that time. The doctor was so warm and hospitable, attentive, and compassionate. I am so thankful for everyone I encountered in this urgent care for the quality of medical care, hospitality, and bedside manner. Highly recommend!
