Way too expensive. Shuttles aren't every 15 minutes. One time we were stuck behind somebody who couldn't get service at the entrance and we almost missed our flight. It wasn't her fault. You need a station operated by a human, especially in the morning! Way too expensive. And we keep parking here, like suckers! Gah! We'll be back, I'm sure. But gah!
It can be very busy and it isn't that big. People that work there are very kind. Shuttle bus driver was beyond kind. That improved the experience with three cars that were taking two parking spots each. Hopefully management will charge them a ticket for that.
It was a very good experience. The shuttle picked me up at my car and took me right to the airport and when I came home I got the shuttle right at the airport and it took me to my car. The drivers were friendly, courteous and helpful.
First driver at 12 pm was fine. Night time driver for bus 9 at 9:30pm was 15 minutes late to the airport past the 15 it’s supposed to take. Got on the bus and could smell some fresh.. green.. then drove like it was f’n nascar. Not pleased at all.
Cleveland Hopkins Airport is an amazing Airport with amazing restaurants , bars and shops. Wonderful staff. Clean and accommodating facility. Prices and fares are great. Even with all the price hikes that have came to sight since covid. This Airport is a place not only to fly into or out but to just visit or watch planes fly in and out of. Beautiful Airport and it's in Wonderful Cleveland. Check out online or visit in person. Also you can park at one of the many surrounding businesses to sit and admire.
The shuttle MIGHT come get you. The payment kiosk to leave the lot is regularly broken so youll probably be stuck in your car in the lot for about 10-20 minutes before anyone shows up to still charge you $80. This lot is awful, pay more and park at the actual airport
Poor directions once inside airport grounds no direction signs properly placed very poor planning.
Haven't had a bad experience yet with this airport.
I used it because I thought it was the cheapest option. But while I’m sitting here in the middle of a busy day waiting forever for a shuttle bus, watching off-site shuttles make numerous pick ups, I realized that the brown lot is not the cheapest option. Just the worst option.
At 5 p.m. driver pulls up to airport, doesn't pull in, claims next driver is right behind him 5:16, thanks for the added wait and of course this driver also waits in airport too, 5:22 leave lot, and drives off without loading passengers. Next driver admits it was that driver's end of shift to abandon paying customers, lie to them, and waste all our time. Parking lot looks like bombs went off. 6 inch deep pot holes maybe more. They keep raising rates and they used to be better than other off site lots. But now overpriced, don't care about your schedule or your vehicle, and no longer have exclusive pickup spot. Look elsewhere at your parking options. Shuttle service used to be a difference maker. Seriously arrange your schedules to end in a manner that doesn't strand your customers. The best thing is, I just clocked an extra 11 dollar charge for 24 hours and a few minutes courtesy of your driver deciding to leave us for over 20 minutes delay. Thanks for that. Take it out of his pay, because you didn't earn that from my lot usage and I'm not paying. Try harder.
