I went for a earache and the old doctor check my ear and said . Yes is an infection. The stupid doctor gave me 875 ml of antibiotics. 7 days after and the pain is till there but this time really intense. I called to see if I can talk to the Dr. And they say it will be on other $75 . Go to hell. I will be so stupid to go back if at the fist time could not find the proper medication for the infection. He is old and lazy. Since this clinic is cheap they bring cheap and mediocre doctors. So I went to another clinic I paid $50 more and the doctor was able to prescribe the right eardrops and I am so happy not having pain. Remember is cheap for a reason. Dnt waste your money in the SLC clinic . The good this always cost. The Doctors are amazing expression the doctor Benjamin he has helped me so much By helping me with Being able to afford my asthma medication my dulera He is an extremely caring doctor. I recommend them a 110%. You do wait a while like any other medical facilities no matter the appointment time as they get super busy Because they are extremely affordable. Me without having insurance I can honestly say these doctors truly help me.

They don't communicate with each other, one person tells you one thing and the other tells you something different, sometimes there in front of each other, no one takes responsibility, they lose your files and they treat you crazy when you explain that they prescribed them there, Until someone tells them that the pharmacy has been talking to them to confirm that they prescribed it to me there, and finally they never call you back, oh but they do send you like 7 texts and calls to confirm the appointment. The doctor is good but his assistants are lousy!!!!

The worst clinic I've ever been to, I went because I have some headaches and the doctor told me they were migraines. They didn't do any blood tests or anything, they kept me waiting for an hour and a half later, the girl tells me I have to pay an extra 15 dollars Why did I spend more than 15 minutes? I told him what?! and he tells me if in all the clinics you pay like this if you go too far I told him that is not true also you kept me waiting for her for half an hour anyway I paid you the extra 15 I paid 75 dollars for the doctor to tell me that I had a migraine
In this clinic they commit a robbery with people who need medical attention without health insurance, they take advantage of patients by making them pay for double tests just to confirm the results that they had already taken before and just to be able to obtain the doctor's prescription. They are abusive and if someone knows where you can make a complaint, it would be great if they let you know so they can do it.
Worse service ever, The worst service, in the dmv they serve you faster and with more courtesy just to give an example,,,
