They give you ahead notice of any appoint. They also will send your meds to your house FREE of CHARGE. Everyone is very nice and they really try to get you in at your appoint. Time.
I would drive just about anywhere else, including the emergency room, than waste my time here. This place is awful. I have had terrible experiences here & out of sheer stupidity decided to give them the benefit of the doubt too many doubts too many times. The "urgent care" is a nightmare. The care given was ridiculously delayed despite the actual urgency needed, no pain relief given even though the dog bite left the tendon in my ankle showing, and the pain was radiating out of me in every way. If you actually need care go elsewhere.
Just like all of the u of u health it's really great and I've never had a problem or was never left in doubt about anything and when I've been very busy and diligent about my health for the last 2 years and I can't say enough about all of the staff and and
Fix your hours on Google, if you know they're wrong as the security guard smartly told me Then you should update them. Driving out of my way to get here before 9pm only to find when I arrive 8:42pm that you're closed is No Bueno!
Came in for a first time visit. The check in process is streamlined so we’ll, you can’t go wrong with what you’re doing and where you’re going. All that was so easy and welcoming, I really was impressed. Mmm the reason for my low rating is cause of the visit with the dr itself. Dr K doesn’t have any empathy or compassion. You know when you have all those questions of medical history and background so they can best cater to your health, well I’m pretty sure he was annoyed and that’s why he was lacking compassion. When he was told more then once that there is no known medical background due to adoption and that “we are just as blind as him” he kept on with the questions.. For a good few rounds before it finally clicked… diabetes doesn’t count, stroke doesn’t count…. Because the only known family’s history being shared is not biological. But then this… this is where I was POSITIVE I was never coming back to this dr. He found some notes in the system from maybe two years ago… when he was asked where the notes were from, no response cause we are first time patients with the clinic. Unless they share records with IHC. I don’t know… and even if they did, I would not have forgotten this. As he’s reading old notes, he says that I have a tumor in my brain. !! I’m like… what?!!! He says yeah, these notes say there is a tumor in your brain!? It’s like Queen Latifah in Last Holiday all over again. Then asks for discharge papers for when I was released from IHC two years ago. Ummmm… sure, let me just pull them out of my pocket. Came in for joint pain in the foot thinking it’s gout and left worried about some tumor in the brain which I did follow up with IHC, no tumor at all. All tests ever done with them have all come back normal. No wonder he’s accepting new patients. Now back to reading doctor reviews.
I choose this place as my primary care hospital, because the doctor that I finally found after so many years of research and fail. I finally got one that is just all hands down amazing someone who actually goes above and beyond to find out ways to help me with my health conditions really great staff here.
They have always worked hard to maintain a clean and healthy environment. They are able to manage an influx of patients in urgent care, while still presenting professional and compassionate support to the patients. They have some of the best nurses, MA's, phlibotomists, doctors ,pharmacists, pharmacy techs, and customer care professionals in the Salt Lake Valley.
Great staff here. They speak various languages and take care of everyone.
Easy to get in and out off of 2100 S. Pretty busy once inside, might prepare yourself to wait. Friendly staff.
The most amazing care team that has all international languages to serve the public in need of care specialists!
