Clinicas Mi Doctor

I had a really good experience here even though I feel so sick. Leslie took my vitals and was very informative the whole time. Alexis the receptionist was very friendly and made sure I scheduled my next appointment for a follow up. Thanks Mi Doctor :

Maria with red hair was nice while doing my blood draw and so gentle to that it didn’t hurt at all!!!! Plus Dr.Giovanna answered all my questions about payments to! Awesome! BTW it’s 45$ when you go in Thursday’s or Wednesday

Came in with a soar throat, I was helped right away and was giving the appropriate test to figure out the causes. All the staffs were super helpful and informative as well as the medical assistant that triage me Leslie was super nice and understanding that was voice was a little gone , overall great experience 10/10

Giovanna is the best and so sweet. She's really good with patients. Hopefully there's more people like her.

They're a good place to bring the family, I've been going to this clinic for years since my children were babies. Update: The front end staff at this clinic have become so lazy, it's unreal, they don't even answer the phones, you'll get sent straight to a call center and good luck getting any damn help at all... Dr Giordano is great, unfortunately the clinic needs to do better at making sure patients can actually get a hold of someone, IN THE ACTUAL CLINIC. I missed an appointment, and then I could not, for the life of me, get anybody from the clinic onto the phone, my pharmacy couldn't even get a hold of anyone... Do better, please, I'll really hate to be forced to take my business elsewhere.

The amazing team was respectful. Maria and Leslie were attentive to my needs and Doctor Giovanna was able to help me. The team is good with time management.

I came in for a doctor's visit today and Alexis at the front desk was very polite and sweet. I hardly do good reviews, but I will give credit where credit is due.

My doctor Giovanna Giordano refused to give me a vaccine and titer I needed at the request of my university. She not only refused, but she had a negative attitude, and was awfully rude. She asked to please speak to my uta nurse over the phone so that she could speak about the matter with her so I called, she asked me to speak instead and make this into a bigger deal so I hanged up. She walked out of the room furious.

Leslie was so professional and had amazing customer service so welcoming and sweet . The front desk ladies on the other hand was rude they can learn A lot of customer service skills from Leslie and then maybe the whole welcome in the environment would be complete . KUDOS TO LESLIE!!!!

Dr. Giovanna Giordano told my cousin during her second visit that she had violated HIPPA and let the ENTIRE clinic know about her situation. She is very unprofessional and an instigator. I strongly believe she should have her license revoked.
