Mission
The City of Clinton Parks and Recreation Department continuously strives to improve the quality of life for the citizens of Clinton by providing professionally designed leisure programs and services. To accomplish this mission we strive to:

maintain safe and attractive facilities to ensure opportunities for all users,
assist in the development of knowledge, interest, and behaviors that promote a healthy lifestyle,
