My first time getting off of the G-Train here. But is very quick getting to 777 Atlantic Ave. to the NYCHA Building.
It's a fracking G train MTA stop. What else do you expect. And its not a particularly nice one at that. No extra public art. And if you transfer from one side/direction to the other? They charge you again on you MetroCard instead of giving you a free transfer.
Clinton-Washington Avenues is located in the Clinton Hill section of Brooklyn and is only served by the G train and in an incredibly rare moment a rerouted F train. Located in one of my favourite neighbourhoods, Clinton-Washington Avenues is exceptionally good as an alternative to the station of the same name on the C train. The station is clean and smells pleasent, there are not as many homeless idiots living around here and the train service here isn't frequent but it's good enough.
There is no accessibility here in the heart of upscale Clinton Hill
What a great train station with great people. I drove here from Queens to get the commemorative metrocard for biggie smalls. The wait was about 1 hour. But it was all worth it
My hang-out corner during the 40s & 50s was on Baltic and Smith Sts... where we will start a dice game on friday afternoon and on sunday during mass time in front of PS6. Sometimes the cops will sneak up on us and take the cash on the ground, a few times they came in a taxi. I graduated from PS6 in June 1955. That was the time when every body had to hustle for their nickels and dimes.
Its the G train line and it can be somewhat of a pain. You really have to pay attention to the train times, or it may take you forever just getting back and forth. There are no public bathrooms, so you may wanna make sure that you go, before you leave your house. Otherwise its a train station. Please hit the like link and subscribe.
Well I tell you what. This place is a lot nicer and safer than it used to be in the 90's. Thats for damn sure. Also, unlike me, the trains are operating far more regularly than they used to.
Nice station could use some cleaning
