Jonathon from the Mill Creek facility is exceptional, and provided me with the best customer service. He listened to my situation and went above and beyond in assisting with my needs. He should be commended for his knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
Johnathan called and he was so nice to offer to let us check out some units to see what best suits our needs. Then we came by and talked to Suzee. She was an absolute gem showing us not only 1 but THREE units to help us find what we need. Moving is stressful and we do it a lot and having the comfort of having people who make us feel cared for during this stressful time.
Had a super easy and fun experience getting my first storage unit with Johnathan! Friendly personality and gave all the information I needed. Thank you so much!
DO NOT STORE HERE!!!! Please do not store your items at this facility. We recently July 2023 removed our items from the inside storage unit 1081 and found mice nested and destroyed our clothing and shoes. We only stored clothing in this unit.
I have had my storage here for a couple years. And Melissa has always been super helpful any time I have needed it. Very professional and knowledgable.
Melissa & Ryan have been amazing in getting my storage unit upgraded & making sure I’m taken care of. The prices are phenomenal, and the facility is clean and well maintained.

when today we bought a storage at an auction, we arrived on the same day to fulfill our obligations and clean the unit, we had the tax removed from the card for the purchase, but when we asked to open the door for us, we were refused for an unknown reason, we can only guess what was the reason why they didn’t even let me look at the seal, apparently the laws don’t work the same for everyone, we didn’t go the easy way and spent our time, this is a huge disrespect, we put the lowest mark for such an attitude! do not fulfill their obligations!
The team at SmartStop was awesome. Very friendly, and helped me find and rent a unit same-day. Rates were excellent for the area, and I was able to buy a few moving supplies in the office on-site. After a poor experience with Public Storage, this was a night and day difference. The facility looks like it was recently remodeled and I found the storage building clean. Good hours for access, and a strong emphasis on security. Would definitely recommend. I worked with Gabe, who was training, and did an awesome job making sure my codes were setup properly for instant move-in access and showed me the unit prior to signing the lease agreement. Thanks!
