We have been storing our RV here for about a year. We recently got a notice that they are looking to sell. It is clearly evident by the fact that they are no longer maintaining the site. They recently raised the rates yet there have been break-ins. All the while the gate was broken and wide open for at least a week that we witnessed. The office is also never open or available to help. My credit card was stolen and they would never answer the phone for me to update my payment method. By the time I could reach them they charged me a late fee. Worst customer service ever!
We have stored our RV here for the last year. I went to pick it up after it being stored for less than 2 weeks and noticed that the catalytic converter had been stolen. This was from within their supposedly secure and video monitored facility. I was told by the person in the office that the cameras do not cover the lot and that they have had other cases of theft. I strongly caution anyone considering this facility that it is not secure.
We went online and held our spot as instructed by someone on the phone. Later when we went to fill out paperwork our spot had been given away. They told us there we had 7 days to come in before they gave it away. We paid a fee to hold this spot and no where did it say it will be given away after 7 days. They are running a scam operation and collecting the deposit fees. The same thing happened to the lady behind us.
Family owned business, generations of experience and still a personal touch.
The owner is extremely rude and unhelpful. If I could give zero stars I would.
