The Clothes Mentor is an exquisite place to shop. They have a mini shows every day that reveal new items. Their selections are out of this world. You can text comments and then order from the site after 10 a. m. and you have 5 days to pick them up. It is always clean and the merchandise is always neat. The staff is very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. You can dress like a queen for less money. I love this Clothes Mentor.
This store is well organized, well priced, and has lots of selection. The manager Chrystal is kind of a jerk, as previous reviews have mentioned, but that doesn’t affect the clothes. Honestly, as long as you don’t have to interact with her, it’s a great place to shop!
If you’re looking for name brands and stylish clothing then look no further because Clothes Mentor has it all. They have a big selection of all fashion to choose from. This store is booming with new items everyday. Those are then posted daily through a live video on Facebook by the manager, Crystal. She knows her fashion and gives complete detailed information of each and every item. When I go into the store I’m always greeted by someone that makes me feel welcomed and when I check out I have the greatest conversations with Crystal. She is ALWAYS there working hard. Thank you Clothes Mentor. You have a customer for life! Kathy
I have to agree with the other reviews. Don’t really feel welcomed when i enter this store, wasn’t greeted. Manager and fellow employee don’t even smile at you once you enter the store. The clothes are cute, I was actually selling an item and they worked very fast and efficiently. But none of that really makes me want to come back due to their people skills. I noticed another lady that was shopping was greeted and offered help by the manager, which makes me wonder why I wasn’t met with the same demeanor. I get the impression every time I come in this store that I’m being sized up, and if I don’t look like i have money or put together enough I’m not gonna get the welcomed customer experience. It’s prejudiced, and having worked in customer service for several years this is not a way you treat a customer of any backround, or backrounds that are not prosperous enough to your liking.
Overall great place to shop for clothes. Friendly staff Good quality for the most part Prices are reasonable for most budgets Mostly dress clothes and upscale. Done workout clothes.
The staff here is so rude. They were basically yelling at this woman that they don’t allow drinks…. She had a water bottle. It is not like this is a designer store. Shameful way to treat customers. She and I both left.
Sizes up to women's size 26, this place was very nice and clean. They had super cute options even Modcloth dresses. All gently used clothing and at decent price points for the brands.
I was reading reviews people are so ugly! I have been going to this location for years have never once has Crystal or anyone else been rude! People have chips on there shoulders big time. I go to all locations and this is my favorite! Renee’ Garrett
All the comments about manager Crystal are 100% true. The employees never greet you upon entry into the store and they don't thank you for your business either. However, the worse part is, when you ask a question, Crystal responds to you in a rude and condescending manner. I believe she owns this store, because how can a business keep someone around with such a nasty, unpleasant attitude. I refuse to spend my money in a place where I don't feel welcome.
I should’ve read the reviews before coming. Like many have already mentioned, will not be returning to this location. Was not greeted upon walking in, and felt I was in the way while shopping when one employee was trying to hang up more clothing nearby. Not to mention they were very brief and rude about upon trying on clothing. The store seriously depleted our energy so much, we felt exhausted afterwards. Stick to the Keller location- it is far superior also in terms of clothing quality and the ladies that work there are SO sweet. The energy is way better.
