Nice and clean store that is packed with merchandise. Turning extra clothes and shoes into cash is relatively quick and painless. They pay 30%of what the price it at if they accept your items. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score. We will return. Especially nice at this time of the year
I hauled in 3 bags of clothes in 92° weather and was turned away due to using trash bags instead of totes. I’ve sold to CM many times and each time has been with trash bags. I’ve never heard any nonsense like that before. I’ll just be going to Plato’s and non profits moving forward. Clothes mentor isn’t remotely worth the gas it took to drive there.
For my disabled people: I read their website thoroughly and not once did it state that they don’t accept clothes in trash bags. I lugged my two very heavy trash bags into the store to be told they have to be in reusable bins or bags, so I then had to lug them bag out to the car and go elsewhere. As someone with a disability, that sucked. I should have read the reviews instead. Please update your website to reflect this information so that maybe you can save some people some pain. This was my first and only interaction with clothes mentor, and it will be my last as well.
Clean environment, and reasonable prices in most of them, a lots of good brands, but also saw brands like Shein, and boutique clothes that were in like new condition. Sold few clothes here and they didn't disappointed me, I will be back for sure. Still love it.
Store was not bad. Welcome upon entry. Not sure what they target for items? As I shopped and found some similar items to what I offered only mine where new or used 2x in box ...guessing it was the end of the day and they would rather pass verses paper work. Cute items, pretty items, weird items‐ def something for everyone. Thought they did good keeping items on racksnice job to staff. Wish there where more blazers to choose from selection was small.
Got rid of my clothing- I dropped off clothing items on May 19th my first time dealing with you all, and I was just informed that you all got rid of them within 3 days. No one told me this when I dropped off, and I was out of town for a death in the family and couldn’t come back to the store immediately. Nobody called or texted me or told me in any way. This is not okay. And the lady working was rude just now. This was my first and last time dealing with you all.
Packed full and racks out front. Change of season always brings sale racks it seems. They do have dressing rooms. They have shoes, bags and other accessories besides clothes. They have women sizes, plus sizes and maternity. Staff friendly and helpful
The ladies who work here were super nice, and explained the process thoroughly for buying clothes. It was also quick. The location is easy to find with plenty of parking. I had about three or four bags of clothes and out of that they only offered to buy two items for a pretty low price, so I ended up declining. The stuff they didn't buy, it may have been better to just have told me up front they weren't buying those items. Only piece of feedback. Absolutely not their fault, just depends on what that store needs to buy at that precise moment of time. They had a lot of inventory for what I was selling. Again, a very transparent process, and I felt like I was treated fairly and respectfully.
Such a bad deal to sell your clothes here , it’s an insult what they offer for brand new good quality good brand clothing, they pay more at Platos! It’s surprising! They offer points that you can’t redeem! Only when they are in a good mood” kind of thing , two stars just because some blouses are 3 or 4 dollars less that at the store but they are used
Good selection and fair prices. Their policy changed and you need to now bring clothes in bins rather than trash bags. Not a big deal to me, but just a heads up for potential sellers. I've always had good experiences here, but they don't accept clothing that are not current styles from last 1-2 years so its great if you are have lost/gained weight or just want to change your style up for a good price
