the last three times I’ve tried to come to this location to sell my clothes and shop while they’re looking at them, there’s been a sign on the door saying they’re not doing drop off that day. on the website, it literally says that you buy and sell women’s clothing. so why are you not actually buying? have you stopped that part of the store? why is it that when people come to bring clothes to sell, you’re not accepting them? thanks for letting us know that you’ve stopped doing this so that I can just go to other locations.
One of my favorite stores to shop! The staff is always so friendly and goes wout of their way despite having a million things to do! I love selling my gently used items to get some spending money for new clothes and they even offer 25% more if you do in store credit for the items you sell! You may not get as much as if you were to sell yourself, but it’s the convenience and ease of the process that I love. I couldn’t recommend enough!
I am always happily surprised at the variety of wonderful clothing I find each and every time I visit Clothes Mentor Edina. The women that work here are always having lively interesting conversations that I enjoy partaking in when I can. Designer handbags are my favorite and I always find a great deal on a beautiful new bag. When selling merchandise I always have great success and feel great upon leaving the store.
From the minute I walked in the other day the women working the front desk were friendly toward me and my kids. The store was set up for me to find some fun athleisure wear for me to wear as I begin a new school year with my students. The dressing room was clean and there was plenty of room for my kids to come in and give me advice on my outfits. I look forward to going back again soon!
This was my first time at Clothes Mentor. I dropped off multiple items and picked up my $ a short while afterwards. Later I looked at my receipt and found that they had missed an item like new, with a price tag. When I went back, they checked their stuff and suggested that I had not dropped it off. And I could not find it at home or in the car. So, just double check your items when drop off and pick up.
I went to 4 different stores looking for sweater dresses for this cold MN January but everyone was switching to spring items of all things! A kind fellow shopper recommended Clothes Mentor and boy they did not disappoint! There's a whole wall of them! I bought 6! Check it out! Great selection of all kinds of items. Friendly and helpful staff!
Holy cats, I just got the most amazing Free People dress at a great price! Been looking for the exact one online and then IG sent me a link to @clothes_mentor_edina where it was selling well below the cost of the ones on Poshmark and eBay. Was shocked to see how much Lululemon and Anthropologie they have, too. Everyone at the store was friendly and super helpful. I can’t wait to go back!!
Bought a purse from this store online and shipping was fast, I’m located in Arizona. Purse is in crisp condition too.
On-line shopping with Clothes Mentor Edina could not be easier. My most recent purchase was made on 4/29/21. There was a potential issue with one of the items and the Manager promptly called me to advise. She promptly refunded me for that item as I decided to pass on it. So grateful for the call and the professionalism extended to me. I order from many Clothes Mentor stores and not all of them are professional, courteous or as responsive unfortunately. The items were shipped immediately and were packaged nicely, another customer service point that is sometimes overlooked by other CM stores as well. I gladly support small business and will continue to order from them. CM Edina rocks! Sincerest thanks!
I found lots of great quality pieces for good prices. I was impressed by the quality of the clothes, as I often shop used and often have to filter out bad quality things. Everything on the rack here seems to be great quality. I will definitely be back often, as I don’t like to buy new anymore to limit my carbon footprint! I have sold items a few times here too and have been pleased. I am not expecting big $$$ since they resell the clothes after purchase, but its really convenient to quickly drop off my items and get money without having to try to sell the things myself.
