Cloud 9 is by far my favorite day spa! The ambience is wonderful and the people are the best! The owners are genuine people who give back to the community and celebrate their employees. Both of my esthethicians today facial and mani/pedi have been working at the spa since day 1 and that says a lot!

I’ve gone to Cloud 9 quite a bit. They’re a very professional facility that focuses on each clients spa experience to make sure everybody leaves happy and relaxed. The reception staff is so friendly and welcoming. The locker room area is stocked full of products to help you relax or clean up after a massage equipped with shower stuff and hair products if you delve into a scalp massage.  Their online booking experience is very user friendly and I love that they have the option to request a specific masseuse or a gender specific masseuse.  The first time I went, I picked any available masseuse and got Tony. He was so great and made my first experience relaxing and comfortable so I’ve gone back to him each time. He’s honestly the best.  I was extremely saddened when they had to close for Covid-19 reasons, but they made sure their loyal clients were in the loop on any and all updates and even hosted giveaways to keep them relaxed from the comfort of their homes. Now that they’re open again, I look forward to spoiling myself with a deep tissue massage with my favorite masseuse, Tony.

I have been a frequent customer of Cloud 9 through out the years and every experience/service has been stellar!! My favorite services are their massages and they are the best in town and out of town that I have experienced by far!! At my last service, they took every precaution to keep myself and their staff safe.  They implemented extra protocols that eased my mind about having a massage and I  noticed the extra care they put into taking care of their customers during this covid crisis.  I appreciate you guys and thank you for always giving me a 10/10 service and for going the extra mile to ensure safety and cleanliness!!

*Update* Since I last posted this review, I was contacted by a staff member, Donna, at Cloud 9 and we discussed my previous experience. She apologized for the way my canceled appointment was handled and offered to schedule me for a complimentary massage. I went this weekend and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and my massage was very relaxing.  I really appreciate Donna reaching out to me, taking the time to talk to me, and working to make sure that I had a positive experience. I am definitely planning on visiting again :  -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I scheduled a massage and pedicure. Literally *one hour* before my massage appointment, I received a call from Cloud 9 informing me that the massage would have to be cancelled as the massage therapist was ill. I understand that these things happen, people get sick unexpectedly, but with such short notice, there were no other massage appointments available for that day.  For many of us, a massage at a spa is a special occasion, not something we are able to fit into our schedules or budgets often. If Cloud 9 requires that customers provide at least 24 hours cancellation notice, I do not feel it is unreasonable that we should expect the same courtesy from them. No effort was made to reschedule me for another day/time, and no discount was offered for a future visit. In this case, I feel their customer service was severely lacking and I don't intend to be a customer in the future.

I had the most amazing experience at Cloud 9 Spa! Victoria and her staff are wonderful and very caring making the experience even more special. I had the Mommy to be massage and it was amazing. Carah was very kind and sweet and very patient considering I’m 37 weeks pregnant. The spa was very clean and very cute! I love everything about this Spa! Definitely worth it!!

This month has been particularly challenging for me.  I treated myself to an amazing deep-tissue massage yesterday at Cloud 9 Spa & Salon.  This was not my first time there.  From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted by their friendly and professional staff. You have been transported into a luxurious and voluptuary spa with a unique experience awaiting you.  The changing room and waiting room are both tastefully appointed. I was offered some refreshments while I waited. My massage therapist took the time to inquire as to my personal preferences.  At no time did I feel rushed. I virtually felt the stress of my life melt away.  Once again, I was so pleased with the results, that I booked another massage for next week.  Before I left, I purchased a gift for my girlfriend whom first introduced me to Cloud 9. It is great to receive a gift certificate from Cloud 9, but it is such a therapeutic experience, that I gladly treat myself as often as possible.  I really do encourage people to check it out.

I recently had a hot stone massage at Cloud 9 and it was amazing as usual!!! The combination of heat, smooth stones, soothing scents, and the advanced skills of the massage therapist created a relaxing experience that left me feeling like I was floating.  I have had many services over the years at this establishment and there is a reason I keep coming back...the SPA experience.  I have been to other local "spas" and massage therapy businesses and Cloud 9 is the only one that lives up to the Spa title.  The relaxation room is a lovely way to begin the whole experience with comfortable seating, refreshments, and a tranquil vibe. The staff are always so welcoming and kind, and make a point to keep the facility quiet and calm.  I love ending my visit with a leisure browse through their charming boutique.  They have amazing goodies that make great gifts for others, or for you to take home and continue your spa experience.  I love Cloud 9 and look forward to my next visit!!

I had a great first experience! I don't go to salons too often, but the atmosphere was great. I went for a haircut and I love that the room has the hair wash station in it.. no awkward walk back and forth. Emily was awesome and gave some very helpful hints on how to deal with my thick hair. Definitely will be going back!
