They are very busy and booked for a year for certain services. However if you have an emergency, they will get you in. Had a piece of metal stuck in my right eye cornea and they were able to get me in the same day. Was in and out quickly. Very kind and friendly staff, doctors know what they’re doing and are very helpful. Have to remember they are pretty much the only eye doctor in Clovis and Portales. They don’t take my insurance type, so had to pay out of pocket. Wasn’t too expensive and overall I’m satisfied.

Maybe it was bc I called near lunchtime, but I know I didn’t receive the best customer service! She made sure to make it clear that they DID NOT accept Medicaid—hilariously I didn’t ask! But due to her needing to insert that, I asked how much were their contact exams bc it was for my son whom needed them asap for football & she quickly stated—175+1something which would make it alittle over $300 5sec pause & continued but we’re not accepting new patients until Sept… I was like oh okay that’s… she cuts me off & says—of next year2024! LOL! Its unfortunate when people are in the business of dealing with people, but those people don’t like people!

Good luck trying to get an appointment if you’re a new patient. An attendant told me they were not taking anyone new until February/March 2024!

I made an appointment online using their website as directed. I never received communication from the firm to confirm the status of this reservation. Communication with customers seems to be poor.

We have trusted our eye care to Clovis vision Associats for 20+ years and have always been pleased with the care we received. All the staff members are great, friendly and professional. We never have to wait long to see the doctor. The doctor is very personable, always willing to answer questions and takes terrific care of our families eye sight.

Dr. DeWitt and her staff are wonderful! Both my daughters got contacts for the first time and they were so great with them! Andrea and Mary were super patient even though one of my girls was having a lot of trouble learning to put in and take them out. They didn't rush her and they were so encouraging. Wonderful experience!!!

I saw Dr. Willmon post-quarantine and I was very impressed with how safe and clean the office is and the precautions they take. Every patient and member of staff must wear a mask, and every patient has their temperature taken. It must be hard to operate a business during a pandemic where your face has to be in another person's face, but they take every precaution and made me feel safe. As far as the eye exam went, I had a morning appointment, so the wait to be seen was short. All the staff were friendly and professional and the doctor was very competent and smart. He answered questions I had and corrected a misperception l had. Highly recommend.

Always good service, and Dr Dewitt goes above and beyond to make sure prescriptions are correct. Helped us figure out insurance, and got us squared away quickly. Schedule early! They’re so good that the wait for an appointment can be a bit!

Doctors are nice enough but the waits are terrible. They require you to come in 30 minutes before your appointment for paperwork that takes 5 minutes to complete. Then you wait in the exam room for 40 minutes before a doctor comes in.

I went for my annual diabetic exam only to be told they do not accept my insurance as it is a PPO. Last year I also had insurance no problem this year its a no? Left me with no follow uo for my condition that is supposed to be monitored due to diabetes and high blood pressure! I Schedule yearly and they texted and emailed me and never said they dont take my insurance! Now I have to find optometrist
