I was in tremendous pain when I first went to see the Doctor. He spent time with my initial visit to ensure He understood exactly what was going on with my back. After several visits I feel great! I really appreciate Him and I enjoy His staff also.

Always have a great experience.  They make me feel like I am a priority and work with my crazy life and schedule to get me in and seen.  As soon as Dr Waters walks into the room he already knows where I am hurting before I say anything.  He always takes time to address every pain/concern and makes sure I am 100% adjusted/better before I leave.  He is amazing with my kids.

Dr. Waters is amazing! I have only been seeing him for a few days, but I can already tell a difference. He is so friendly and definitely knows what he is doing. He has also adjusted my children and I have seen a change in them too. Thanks, Dr. Jack.

I waited outside for an hour because I happened to arrive right as they were leaving for lunch, which they don't list their lunch time within their business hours. Then, I was the very first person in the door and they told me that they only see one new patient a day, at 1:30 but that I still couldn't be seen. By far the worst chiropractic center I have ever seen with many flaws and gaps in their scheduling and policies. Was recommended to me by my veterinarian but I would recommend anyone that actually wants to be seen to go anywhere but here. If you don't mind wasting your time every day when you're in agony just to be told, 'sorry not today', then this place would be for you. Compete waste of time. And this is after the woman that opened the front door told me she was going to be getting the new patient paperwork packet for me. So liars to boot.

I would NOT recommend this chiropractor to anyone. The minute Jack Waters walked into the waiting room I was in I was treated with the most disgusting attitude. I was not treated fairly, possibly because I’m Hispanic. He told my 3 year old son to “shut his mouth.” Also because  I was a “new patient” I was told my appointment would take an hour which is understandable but I was in this office for almost 3 hours. Overall this was the worst experience I have had with any healthcare professional.

I have been using Chiropractors for about forty years, from Denver to the east coast, and find this is one of the best.  One of my first Doctors told me the only person who gets well from x-rays is the doctor, meaning he could tell what was out of alignment  by looking at you.  The good ones have too many patients per day to spend a lot of time with each one.

Dr. Waters was recommended to me recently and I had a great experience when visiting his office. The staff was also very kind and friendly.  He was very professional and I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Dr. Waters is THE BEST. I've never been disappointed after an adjustment. He knows his stuff. I recommend him to anyone and everyone.

I am so pleased with the entire staff at Dr. WATERS  office. I would recommend him to everyone. I like his direct approach, it is not rude to just get to the point . I will be his fan 'till they scatter my ashes on these prairies!

When I arrive I am promptly taken to the back. Staff always knows who I am and calls me by name.  Dr. Waters is always curteous and professional during my appointment.
