Club Cardio offers Cardio Kickboxing, KRX45 (kickboxing/TRX), TRX, TRX_Low Impact, and Full Body HIIT
Looking to tone up, trim down, relieve stress, condition, have fun?! Then you've come to the right place! Club Cardio's kickboxing workout is the ULTIMATE full body workout, burning between 600-800 calories. Each 60 minute class will feature 20 heavy bags, awesome tunes and highly motivating instructors! Not only will you learn basic punching and kicking combinations, which focus on the cardio fitness aspect of the workout rather than the martial art itself, you will be jump roping, lifting light weights, and completing drills all designed to tone your entire body. This class is designed for both beginners and advanced members. No previous experience needed.
In addition to the cardio kickboxing classes, we offer KRX45, Full Body HIIT, TRX, and TRX_Low Impact. KRX45 is a 45 minute class of Kickboxing, TRX, Strength training, and Cardio. Be sure to bring your gloves. If you don't have any, no worries you can borrow some of ours. No experience required. All levels welcome!
