At Pilates Power Center our goal is to give you excellent service and classes, using the best equipment, and the most well trained instructors in the area, so you will have the best Pilates experience possible. Our instructors want to help you be the best you you can be! Our studio has an airy, relaxing ambiance to help you achieve your fitness goals in a comfortable environment. And we have programs for every pocketbook. We have clients of all ages with all kinds of goals, from training for competitive athletic events to improving bone density. We can do this because we are a full service contemporary Pilates studio, Bodhi Suspension and CoreAlign training center. We use Balanced Body equipment and have PMA Certified instructors. Pilates Power Center studio has both a private/semi-private and trio training room and a group class room. We are the only studio in this area providing CoreAlign and Bodhi Suspension System private training and classes!
We have a full compliment of Pilates equipment in our private training room including Trapeze Table, Studio Reformer, Allegro 2 Tower of Power, Split Pedal Chair,CoreAlign, and an assortment of barrels for your personal use under the expert guidance of your certified instructor. .
Our apparatus based classes are small with a maximum of 6 students. Each student has use of their own equipment in the group classes, including the Studio Reformer, EXO Chair, Tower Board and Pilates Arc. Bodhi Suspension System based classes have a maximum of 5 students.
All of our instructors are graduates of Pilates Method Alliance approved Pilates training center
