They always have what I need and I love the fact that they have a point system based on how much you spend. I'm always spending my money there and I always have points to use for money off. Always satisfying when you go in thinking about how much your gonna spend and then leave paying for less because of your points.
Good price on vape stuff. They make great coffee products in the coffee shop. Only thing that makes me upset is a I cannot tip on the credit machine. It’s 2022 and about to be 2023. Really! Come on I should be able to tip the coffee people!

I love this Club Vape location. There are always enough employees working and they're always nice & helpful. I can walk in & get what I want & get out in under 5 minutes, and they're always offering to help answer any questions or offer their assistance. Would highly recommend this business.
So there is a sign that clearly states if you leave them a 5 star review you get 5% off…. They couldn’t find where it was, then said they must of gave it to me previously, but I never got one…. So after spending $136 with no percent off. Don’t post something if you aren’t going to honor it.
I used to love this place and come in weekly for mine and my boyfriends supplies. Came in today to use my points to buy a couple of things after work. Had my 14 year old special needs son with me and because he touched a juice on their wall that's out in the open available for anyone to pick up with no signs they wouldn't sell me my stuff. He's a child and he's curious. They could have came and said excuse me maam he's touching those and can't. Instead they help me through the entire process of picking out my stuff, waste my time, THEN tells me I cannot buy it. my son wasn't even talking or disturbing anyone making messes. He just touches literally everything because that's part of him and who he is. I can't leave him alone because he has to be with someone all of the time. they can keep my points because I will not be returning. Went to another local store, explained when I went in what had happened and they assisted me no problem checking out. shame on you all for discriminating against my family as I am a loyal customer.
My partner bought the wrong coils for this shop and they refused to exchange them with the right ones due to lack of proof of buying them there. The coils were unopened and in the box still. They had no problem taking the coils and giving me a discount though so if you shop at this over priced store you may want to make sure you get the right product. As for me I will never shop there again thank you Club Vape.
Came in and bought two of the Home Life batteries and the guy said they were already charged, put them in and they were totally dead, popped them in the charger and they were both around 3.40V, which is way lower than they should be coming from the manufacturer, so now I have to wonder how used the batteries are. Also when I called they gave me a different price I just noticed on my receipt I didn't get the $3 discount on the pair of batteries, he charged me full price for each. You can see they've been charging for over an hour @750 mah and just got above 3.70v Edited below. Update 3/1 : the guy switched out my batteries just like he said for fresh ones. I was concerned initially that I had gotten used batteries but it appears they just arrive with almost no charge so it wasn't as big a deal if that's case. Either way that solves that.
Very helpful Vape store that had every vape juice imaginable at very competitive prices. I stopped at three "other" stores before getting here and finding what I needed for my guest visitors from Asia. Well done Club Vape!
Awesome spot to grab what you need also the workers are very relaxed and give honest opinions on stuff they have or haven't tried.
