Came here with my brother to get a PS5 and some gift card and had. A good experience
My wife went in to get a pokémon product that released today. She had already been to 2 other stores looking for it. When she asked about them at this location, she was told they have them but they are somewhere in the back. The employee didn't feel like trying to find them and told her to check back in the morning with the manager of the store. She was very put off by his smugness left feeling defeated. This isn't the first time we've been treated this way at this location. Whether it's the employees chatting and acting like you're interrupting or the general dismissive tone when you need help. I woukd suggest trying another store or gamestop if you're looking for a good customer service experience.
I think his name is Jacob, he is the sweetest worker there. Always so helpful and kind. Answers all of my questions. I always come in just for his amazing customer service.
Shelves were picked over. Stores looks like it's about to close down. Being the only person in the store you think you could get some help from the employees but apparently not the case here. Didn't even get a greeting. Worse game stop I've ever been too
Showed up at 12:30 still not open
The manager is always rude and annoyed. She hates when people ask her general questions. Very unhelpful in every way. Knowledge of games/toys is very limited. The absolute worst customer service.
The only few things I can critique is the lengthy checkout process. I find myself standing for quite a bit even with only 1 person ahead. 10+ years of retail professional background Everything else seems to be in order from stock to cleanliness!
I recently stopped in to ask a simple question, and instead of a simple answer the employee/manager began to give me the life story of everyone that preordered a product. It seemed as if my simple question about how long they hold preorders, was turned around to make me feel bad for even asking. These kinds of questions would not need to be asked if you 1. Had at least one item to purchase in store from a product release planned nearly 3 months ago. 2. Began preparing and having the item shipped the prior week, rather than the same week, to avoid unforeseen circumstances 3. Stopped allowing bots purchasing of all product online and allowing people to preorder 10 of the same item at every gamestop that they can manage. I do not see myself coming to this store anymore after feeling harassed by minimum wage employees, when if they even do get anything in store, a reseller store right across from them buys it and marks it up in their store anyways.
Nice people, but one employee didn't seem happy about helping nor asking questions about headsets
I've been here a few times, but the staff are totally into themselves. Never once did they acknowledge my presence in the store, and never did they turn away from gabbing about their personal lives. WAKE UP, YOU'VE GOT CUSTOMERS!
