Upon arrival, fine print showed that we could not waive their insurance even though I have rental car insurance coverage on my personal insurance including my Prime credit card. First time trying this company out due to a competitive rate but first time I've had issues like this. I'd have to bring my original 100-page binder with the fine print to them in an attempt to prove I had it. After reading more fine print they only accept specific insurances carriers so I'd still lose. This would have almost tripled our cost of renting. Shouldn't be that difficult, ain't got time for that. Thankfully I was able to cancel reservation without issue and went with a different rental company who didn't have all these games. Be aware.
This place is a joke. They like to take advantage of people who come on vacation. My family and I went on a family vacation to Orlando and decided to try this company for a car rental. We waited an hour for a shuttle to come and pick us up and They were no where to be found. We had to call twice before they could even find their driver. Once they finally came we were informed that they didn’t even have a shuttle it was an minivan to pick up 12 people. Then they left us there to take another family that just and walked out after having us wait for an hour. 30 minutes later he finally came back for us. As we ride with THEIR drive the company calls us to inform us “they don’t have a driver to pick us up”, not knowing we were with their driver.Upon arrival they refused to let us use our own insurance. They wanted to charge us an outrageous insurance/toll fee. When their online website states different and they refused to obey their own rules. We ended up finding another location that best suited our family from this poor serviced company that likes to rob people.
KNOW BEFORE YOU RENT!!!!! They tried to charge me $32 insurance per day on top of the car rental price. I have my own insurance and they wouldn’t except it very bad service. Wish I had read the reviews seems that they do this to everyone could’ve save myself a lot of trouble and time. Hopefully you won’t have to go through this. Beware
Pulled the bait and switch through Kayak. Said it would be 180 for a Corolla for a week but upon arrival I was advised I would have to pay for their crazy expensive insurance and toll fee plan. Ended up costing almost $800 for the week. The car lot looks like a chop shop. Only good experience was the driver who picked us up at the airport and helped with luggage. I will never use or recommend this place. They sighted the fine print upon arrival for the insurance. They also asked me to wash and vacuum the car before returning. Be vigilant in booking Clubs Cars. I would avoid and pay for a more reputable service.
Worst service ever. They are thieves tricking people with low advertised price of $20/day and them upon arrival they force you to get their $300,000 insurance liability for $35/day where the Florida state limit is $30,00. Completely spam business Vehicles not ready and making noises. Tolls activation of $30/day plus tolls. DONT YOU EVER RENT FROM HERE
The customer service was great ! Our representative guided us trough the whole process of renting the car all the way from NY , guidelines where clear , the car was in perfect shape , 10/10
I had an amazing experience. The cars are top-notch, the prices are fair, and the service is outstanding. Definitely a 5-star dealership!

Not only did this experience cause undue stress and discomfort for my disabled parents, but I was also charged an exorbitant fee for insurance coverage that I did not require or consent to. Firstly, I want to highlight the significant troubles my disabled parents faced during their interaction with Club Car Rental. Despite my explicit request for assistance and consideration of their special needs, the staff at Club Car Rental failed to provide any form of support. This lack of empathy and understanding is not only disappointing but also entirely unacceptable. My parents deserve to be treated with respect and provided the necessary accommodations when renting a vehicle. Furthermore, I am deeply frustrated by the fact that I was asked to pay additional $50 USD per day for insurance coverage that I explicitly didn’t want. I have my own insurance coverage that I trust and rely upon. It is my legal right to choose the coverage that suits my needs, and I find it completely unjust that I was coerced into paying for a service I did not want or need. This not only tarnishes the trust I had in Economy Booking but also reflects poorly on ethical business practices. I would like to remind both Economy Booking and Club Car Rental that as consumers, we have the right to make decisions regarding coverage based on our personal preferences and needs. Forcing customers into unnecessary expenses is not only unethical but also against our rights as consumers. I kindly request that you take immediate action to address the issues I have outlined. I am seeking a full refund for the insurance charges that were imposed on me without consent. Moreover, I am considering pursuing legal action to uphold my rights as a consumer and to prevent such practices from affecting others in the future. I trust that Economy Booking values its customers and is committed to rectifying this situation promptly. I expect a response within [mention a reasonable timeframe] with confirmation of the refund and a resolution to the larger issue at hand. Failure to do so may leave me with no choice but to take further steps to protect my rights and hold both Economy Booking and Club Car Rental accountable. Sincerely, Please refund single penny you own else economy bookings will see the biggest law suit in the history for false practices and taking advantage of customers at the end moment by poor business practices.
Stay away from this company! It is a scam. Their cars are old, dirty and not safe for the road. Dents all over, doors not locking and dirty interior. Not to mention, all of their cars are 3 to 4 years old. They will charge you mandatory insurance which is 3x what you pay for the rental. Jose the agent even told me not to rent here next time and to get it from the airport as it would be cheaper. Companies like this is what brings shame to humanity. Be better Clubs or just close-up shop. Read the reviews before renting here and do not ruin your vacation. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Unfortunately I have to leave you a star, but if I could I wouldn't leave you any. This was my experience, first they left me waiting at the airport and I had to ask for a taxi to get to their location. Then a mediocre courtesy to receive us that even ignored us. And to finish they charged us $80 for liability insurance that in many rental cars that we have obtained service we had never been charged for that charge. And also they had already obtained my insurance and $300 deposit. Unfortunately the price we got online for the vehicle went up more with the extra insurance charge and would have gone up even more because they also wanted to charge us $29 per day for tolls. In other words, the online vehicle cost me $59 per day but on top I have to add $80. Terrible company, I will never get service from them again in the future.
