Co Budget Storage of Redmond Oregon

This review is for Linda. The manager at budget storage. I appreciate her. My 90 year old father went in last month to reserve a storage unit. He had just been accepted into Independent living at an senior housing . I had told him he didn't need a storage unit for the move but he is a bit stubborn : I didn't realize he had put a deposit down at Budget Storage until Linda called and left a message last week. We spoke this morning and she kindly used his deposit for some of the rent and wrote the rest off. Her kindness and compassion helped alleviate some stress during this time of transition and moving.

Units are clean and true to size.. patient and work with you if you are a little late with payment! Also the ONLY place I’ve found that is 24/7 access! Recommend highly for your storage needs!

Excellent prices for the area and a responsive staff. Online billing and payments and 24 hour access..... this is a wonderful storage facility!

Good prices but no: bathroom or garbage can or any lighting inside storage units. Also the lanes between the buildings are gravel and not paved.

My family has been usi g budget storage for 5 yrs now. They are amazing!
