SnoTemp Cold Storage is a family owned and operated temperature controlled public warehousing company with two centrally located facilities along I-5 in Eugene and Albany, Oregon. We are a critical link between local food processors and consumers.

Since 1957, SnoTemp has built a reputation of quality customer service by offering a variety of storage and value added services to meet our customers needs. With 725,000 square feet of temperature controlled storage between -20 F and +70 F, SnoTemp offers convenient storage & supply chain services for local, national and international customers.

No overnight parking, they open at 7am in the morning you have to checkin at the door and then on their instructions do the rest. Appointment was at 7am, got done within an hour... Staff and unloaders are very nice. Alot of space for staging and for backup
I've delivered at Sno Temp off and on for 5 years. They are prompt professional and proficient. From the administration to warehouse techs. I am always, and I mean always, greeted with smiles. I am never there more than 30 minutes from start to finish. Thanks, Sno Temp.
Never pay late fees at pickup. Even if broker is willing to reimburse. If broker wants to reimburse, I slap them with original rate con amount × 5. It isn't ment to get a yes. The fact is that it takes them 2-3 business days minimum to find a new carrier or dispatch another truck. Then as much as 3-5 business to come up with new recieving appointments at other end. The choice is simple. Load gratefully and unconditional, or go high and dry with product not moving.
I love getting loads from snotemp. I drive for Gulick and Snotemp is one of my favorite customers. They are fast and friendly. They care about us drivers.
Office staff is nice. 1 star as they damage my trailer and not accepting that. Even I ask them to check cctv . But don’t agree. I left with my damaged door of my reefer
Love picking up loads here in and out when doing drop and hooks. About 2 hrs on live loads. People in the office are super nice. Thank you to all that work here
Great customer service. The office staff were exceptional and extremely professional in the way they treated customers. So is the staff in the warehouse. The Saelee family extends it's gratitude. Enough parking spaces, however can't overnight there.
Worst Shipper . Rude staff and unprofessional. Do not come here late ,They Charge you $150 . Very bad experience to pickup here

Great experience. Had an appointment at 8 am got there at 7:50 am, went to check in got a door right away and within one hour I was out. Nice staging area if you need to park, plenty of space to back in. Nice staff, everything was great!
