Armored storage is clean. The management is super nice and helpful. I highly recommend this for Great neighborhood storage, or a storage unit for the northwest community in general.
I appreciate that there are so many armored guards watching the place and that they trained Catbert to protect the place. Also, Mary was friendly, professional, and a good tour guide for my new, clean unit.
We lost everything in a fire that took place at this facility and they still charged us for the units the month the units burned down and offered no compensation. I would think about choosing somewhere else. Edit in response to owners response: the fire report we received stated fault could not be determined so of course you say you not at fault. Who is at fault for the fire then? You lawyered up right away and only cared about your liability in the situation. As for you loss too…I’m sure you have property and causality insurance that covered the fire damage. What exactly did you lose?
We were so pleased with our experience. We did a major house remodel and had to put the majority of our home in storage for 9 months. Our unit was easy to access to grab items as needed. We highly recommend Armor Storage. The staff were helpful and kind. The price was competitive and the location was perfect for us. We knew our things would be safe and we had access to them when needed.
My husband and I were doing some home improvement so we needed to place some items at Armored Storage. The experience was amazing! They have several units, I felt safe everytime I went to retrieve items. The grounds are well kept, the location is near a local neighborhood, and cameras are everywhere. There is a manager living on site. They have a heavy duty freight elevator and equipment available for moving items and boxes. We were amazed at the carpentry and quality of the units and the locks provided. The units were large, the roll down doors made the units easy to access.
The best security I've EVER seen at a storage facility, and I've been using these places for 25 years consistently.
My valued belongings have been safely stored with Armored Storage for 9 years after I moved to Hawaii. I absolutely recommend this very well ran business to safely store your valuables! Very attentive and kind people/service. I would rate the security of your things here at a 10 of 10, tall security fences with lots of cameras, you must enter your security code to enter the property and all units have unique locks that not even the managers have access to. Wide alleys to maneuver trucks/trailers into and out of the property and very reasonable rates. Thank you Armored Storage for 9 uneventful years!
My husband & I have used Armored Storage for years and are very pleased with everything about it. The staff is helpful & friendly. What we love about our inside unit is that the units are climate controlled. In the winter it is heated for us & in the summer has air conditioning . We also like the idea of the security by having cameras all over. The cleanliness is impeccable inside & outside on the grounds. We have used other storage units before, but by far this one is “top notch”.
All my worldly possessions minus a backpack, carry-on and bike are in a climate-controlled unit at Armored, which gives me great peace of mind while I travel. Clean, bright, safe – I actually enjoy coming here. There are video cameras throughout, and the caretakers live on site, which adds to the sense of security. Lolly is fantastic – friendly and upbeat, very patient and accommodating during my decision-making stage. She recommended getting a shelving unit on wheels for organizing my boxes, which was a brilliant idea. Hands down the best storage facility in the Eugene area!
Excellent, professional service! I always felt like my belongings were secure and it was very easy to load/unload from my unit. There is no other storage facility in Eugene that can compare. It blows all of the competition out of the water.
