the office staff is extremely unhelpful and rude. no customer service skills, it hardly seems like they know what they’re doing. we are moving out of umbrella properties and because of that they not only refused our discount for the month we are still renting from them but refuse to allow us to rent a unit once our apartment lease is ended. i actually don’t think i’ve had a worse experience than i do every time i’ve had to interact with this office and yes, i’ve rented through them before for about a year. was looking forward to the unit while we moved into bigger and better, instead we’re taking our business genuinely anywhere else and making sure our friends and family know not to rent from scammers.

We rented way too small of a storage in a haste, but they made it right without attitude, or unwelcome stress! I'd refer family to them.

Do not do business with this place. They are unethical and unfair. They’re crooked and corrupt.

First of all I don't want to give a star but unfortunately it makes me give at least 1 star and that's a shame because it should be at a negative or a -0-. Called up to inquire about pricing and was greeted with a rude person on the phone. I asked for pricing and she stated to me that she didn't have time to answer my questions. Excuse me for calling you up and wasting your precious time on doing YOUR job. Maybe you shouldn't be in this line of work dealing with the public.

I have had numerous items stolen from my RV. Management has lied to me about installing cameras in my section. That never happened. I'm out $500 the first time, and $2000. the second time. I have pulled my RV out of that facility. I asking for anyone else who has loss property from this place the are more interesting in protecting the homeless that have stolen goods in thier units then someone like me.

Company did not make billing details clear. Storage unit was cleared out before the end of my term, charged me a second additional month of storage and extra money because of a "late" fee. Terrible service when getting my unit and terrible service when trying to cancel the service. Will never be using again!

Management was rude. No bills ever sent in mail. My unit has been robbed once and I was evicted for being 19 minutes late leaving one time in an entire year. My payment was on auto pay and I was there for 2 years. Not the place I would recommend.

Had our stereo stolen out of our truck twice. They leave the gate open when they’re expecting large deliveries, without anyone manning the gate. Until recently, they had zero camera coverage except at the gate. Have seen multiple groups of people living there. The second time our stereo was stolen, the lot next to ours was hit, and they didn’t bother calling us so we could check and see if our truck had been robbed also.

My son has a storage unit there and he gets me the money to go pay the monthly bill there and the staff is always very curiously great customer service

Secure is their middle name, but not their way of storing your stuff. The trailer next to ours was robbed, but our RV was untouched. Then a few weeks later our other trailer was broken into and all of our camping gear stolen. Now some tweaker in Eugene has the nicest homeless camp around. The management originally said they would pay our insurance deductible and give a free months rent. its been a month and a half, and its like pulling teeth to get the manager to call back about our deductible, let alone pay out. The place is probably the cheapest outdoor storage around. but I guess you get what you pay for. there is almost no video surveillance of the RV parking areas. If you park your RV there, you better have DAMN GOOD insurance. That area is like a bees hive of tweakers.
