Site was slow but still got a couple cute accessories. Not on sale like advertised but if they arrive undamaged I will be pleased as one item I was later told I couldn't have.
It was my second time buying from the store. I love the service they're so friendly and kind, I went there @11-5th-2021 @11:00 am. The girl and boy were fast workers and they made sure I got what I needed! Thanks to my husband for my cream white coach purse always the best birthday gift!!
First, the store hours is wrong on google, I think its 11am-7pm I asked the coach employee she said due to covid. But the store didn't open until 11:10am I mean COACH get your store houses right okay!!!!! second, I need to return an item that I bought it online, the employee that was helping me she have no idea how to return an item and she was taking forever even though I told her I have a flight to catch finally 30 mins later she returned. Just based on her customer service and they didn't update their store hours I will never shopping from coach ever again!!!
Best retail experience in Reno, by far. Jose, Natasha and Goli are the people I've met and they are all exceptionally helpful and courteous. Jose really sets the tone by going above and beyond.
They always have a few nice things I can't live without! And they clean them for you too!
I buy all my wife's purses bags from Coach. The staff at the Meadow Wood Mall location are nothing less than wonderful. They will make it happen and I get emails about new and discontinued and sale items. Great job ladies..

Staff is awful and unhelpful. I have to go back two days in a row because a gift reciept wasnt sufficient for a return, even though my name is on the reciept. You spend 100’s of dollars in a store and customer service is terrible. Will only be ordering online. Reno coach is terrible and trashy.
As a minority not all high end stores treat you nicely when you come in. I can say Everyone was very helpful, patient and friendly including the sales people and the manager. Thank you Jose!
