I was looking to return to return 2 items I had bought for a wedding and had NOT worn. Shea not sure how her name is spelt looked at the shoes and proceeded to tell me she would not take them back due to the fact that they were “worn”. I had tried them on at the store and no where else. The shoes were tied together, still had the tag, AND the stickers on the bottom. If they had been worn none of those would still be intact. As I was leaving she very sarcastically told me to have a great day. It really shouldn’t be that difficult to do your job.
Went into this store 9/10/2022 and there was a line of about 6 or 7 customers. There was 1 cashier Amaya working really hard by herself without any help trying to bring the line down. There was another Cashier Shay, acting like she was doing stuff while the line was not moving. A customer that was in line ahead of me asked Shay was she going to open another register and she looked at the customer and said "Yeah". Shay did not move until 3 to 5 mins later before she opened up the next register. Amaya looked over worked and doing an amazing job while under pressure. Back to Shay, she was VERY rude after opening up the registers for customer by talking Very sarcastic to the customer. I prayed I did not get her and I didn't, I got Amaya. Shay is not a good look to your business. Her attitude is not something I'm use to coming into forever 21..
I love some of the clothes which I why I went in but my experience wasn't perfect. Last night my mother and I went in and eventually found some things to try on. we go to dressing room and the girl prob in her teens wasn't welcoming, didn't smile, and treated us oddly. After we were through trying things on, we come back out, give her back some of the clothes, and we both try talking to her cheerfully about what and what didn't fit. She again was not smiling or friendly at all. She was extremely stuck up. I've worked retail plenty and I've never seen somebody with a bad personality and attitude like that. When you work in retail you must already be the complete opposite that she was which is positive attitude, cheerful, helpful, kind, and thoughtful of the customers needs. I told one of the girls at checkout and she was a little better in terms of attitude but she didn't reassure me or mention that she would let her higher ups know. I wouldn't want to come in again if some of these girls don't get with the program or learn how to socialize with people because thats what naturally should come with the job. I'm not looking for an apology, I want action to be taken. Just think of all the other customers she's acted like this with and ruined their experience too. Not professional.
On two different occasions I’ve had a problem with the management and store organization. On the first trip they had the biggest torn apart store I had ever seen and everything had boxes everywhere creating hazards everywhere and then later to find out that all 30 of the items under the giant sale sign where actually full price. Their excuse was it was the costumers faults for placing all those items there. Second time today I bring clothes to the dressing room to get a room started and when I returned they have lost all the items and in turn I was told well we have to many costumers to keep track of and the girl running it before her disappeared to find out I was speaking to a manager. If you loose all the costumers choices to try on how are they supposed to buy anything. Word of advice don’t blame it on others, embrace your mistakes, your stores faults and definitely never blame the other costumers.
So I went to Forever 21 in Reno and it was terrible. I was given a gift card to spend there. I had gone there before to spend money on the same card but I hadn't finished it. My friend went to the register to see how much money was left and she came back saying there was nothing left. I knew that I still had money left so I picked out pair of cheap earrings to see if I still had money. I went up to the register and everything was fine at first and I got the earrings but, the girl there took my gift card and said there was no money left. I didn't ask for the card back though. And so later, I'm back home and I'm looking at my receipt and it says that I spent $0.54 today and saw that I had $38.44 left on my gift card and she took it. I am extremely frustrated about this.

Cute stuff, reasonable prices. Wouldn't say quality is superb but with the constant changes in styles and a couple of growing teen girls this store works well. Plus they have super cute cheap jewelry.
I wanted to exchange a garment, however I instead had to get a refund yo reorder it. A jacket from their online F21 Forever21. It was a fun experience, even though I didn't get the instant satisfaction of finding something new right away. This mall is a fun thing to go to on a winter's day in Reno.
I ordered a simple Honda Colorblock Anorak. Order #: 88641723 Order date: Jun. 21, 2019. Here it is July 9th and I still have not received my order. I’ve ordered from Amazon and Target since placing this order and I have received both my orders from these companies. I call Forever 21 to get a status update for my tracking number only shows the below JUN 24 7:52 AM Package arrived at destination facility handoff to USPS Reno, NV JUN 23 5:01 PM Package scanned at facility. Commerce, CA JUN 21 3:30 PM Shipping label created; data received. Commerce, CA I call the online customer service number and speak with Cy S. customer service agent in the Philippines. She has the same tracking number as myself so she can clearly see no package has been delivered to me. I am told that I have to wait for a affidavit, sign it, and return it before I can get a refund. NEVER did I ask for a refund. I would like the item that I paid for sent to me. I ask for a supervisor. The agent proceeds to tell me no one is available for they have a high volume of calls. I say okay. I’m happy to wait for one to become available. She then basically asks me “why”. The customer service is poor. The policy is poor. I can understand if the shipper is saying the package was delivered but it doesn’t. The agent started to talk over me providing much push back. So I asked her was she denying me a opportunity to speak with a supervisor, manager, or director of the call center. She then tells me they have no one but supervisors for everyone else is in the states. So I ask for a customer service number in the states. Again, here comes the lack of willingness to assist. I work in customer service so I know it’s nothing a customer service agent can do regarding a COMPANY POLICY that is why I asked for someone higher up and when I received pushback and attitude from the agent. That is when I quickly remembered. I do not have to spend money ever again with this company. Forget the policy. I called my bank and filed a dispute. My little business will not hurt the company but if everyone is receiving the same type of service I received money taken, none delivery of order, poor customer service this company will eventually go out of business like a lot of other companies.
