A couple of weeks ago I went in to just see the selection of wallets that they might have had. I had so much fun with the associates, who were very personable and even turned me on to a different type of wallet than I would have normally purchased. Thank you! I will definitely be back!

I cannot even begin to express how grateful I am to all the wonderful associates at this location. They worked so hard to make sure I walked out with a bag that I loved and made certain I had a very personalized shopping experience. I’ve worn Coach bags for years and have always had good customer care experiences but this was beyond special. Thank you all so much! I will definitely be shopping where again!

Had such a great experience at the Coach in West Town Mall! On both my visits Ashley was so incredible to work with and was able to answer all my questions! She boxed and wrapped all my items and really just went the extra mile! I will 100% be back just for her! Thank you Coach and Ashley!

Amanda went above and beyond her job to get my wallet replaced under warranty. She took my information and said she would get with the other managers the next day and let me know something. The next morning she called and had everything taken care of. She was a pleasure to work with.

I am further along in my pregnancy and am down to wearing simply T-shirt’s and jeans regardless of how I’m dressed I expect good customer service. I went into the store with my daughter in a stroller and asked about getting a bag similar to my current coach bag flat square style with closing latch on the front pocket as mine has the zipper broken off. I was told “oh that’s clearly an older purse and we do not carry the latch anymore. It must’ve been a very long time since you’ve shopped here” I kept having very different bulkier purses suggested to me. I located a purse very similar to the one I had with a closing latch and when I asked about it “oh well yeah but those are discontinued they’re gonna be 40% off so they aren’t gonna be as good as say these here” as she went for another purse again looks nothing like mine that I’ve asked for with none of the features I asked for. I took a photo of the one I liked that apparently wasn’t as good because it was 40% off. I later returned with my sister in law as she had been in another shop the first time and took her to show her the purse I seen. One employee who was on the phone rolled his eyes at us even entering the store. We made it all the way to the back and discussed the purse some time before I had to turn around and say hello to the other two employees in the store whom I’m turn grinned and slightly waved at us and still offered no assistance. Honestly the service I received at this location made me debate if I want a coach purse at all. Perhaps another brand would treat me and my family members regardless of what we are wearing with more respect and have better customer service because this was just a very poor experience all around for us.

I was in knoxville this weekend visiting my family and I needed a chain strap for a purse I had. I looked online and saw that coach had them so I decided to go to west town and do some shopping. When I arrived at coach there were two associates working. One was a gentleman on a ladder fixing lights. He was very nice! However the lady working was rude. At first she seemed nice like the other person but once she found out I only wanted what I came for which makes no sense because atleast I made a purchase she changed up her attitude. She took her sweet time going in the back to get what I wanted and when she was asking me my name to find me in the system in told her my last name was Pennington. Instead of saying “Can you spell that please?” She said “ P...e...n...n....then flapped her hands around to rush me spelling the rest. She clearly doesn’t have good customer service or communication skills. She could’ve asked me to spell it instead of whatever hand sign she used. If I come back I’ll definitely have someone else help me out because she is a poor excuse or a sales associate. I am however pleased with my chain strap. Thank you coach but you need to find a better employee than her...

BUYER BEWARE!! Coach claims that they have a lifetime warranty on their very expensive products! I recently bought my husband a belt that he wore 3 times and the buckle scratched when he took it in to get it fixed they explained that it would be $35.00 dollars to send it in to fix it. A few days later the belt was returned to us without repair and no refund on the $35.00 dollars! They said that it was our fault that the buckle scratched and they are happy to sell us a new belt! Last time I checked a "Warranty" meant that you back up your products and stand behind your claims! If a buckle that you sell scratches that easily then you should warn your customers about how delicate the belt is and to be very careful. Coach could have replaced the buckle which might have cost them less than $10.00 dollars to keep a customer happy but they chose not to instead! I have spent thousands on coach products over the years and now I will never buy another Coach product ever again!!

After making a purchase at Coach in West Town Mall my card started having fraudulent activity! Called and asked for help by viewing security footage and was told they could not help with that. So if u shop here use cash or check. Not saying Coach stole my info, but someone associated with Coach did. Just beware is what I am trying to say.
