This was an absolutely awesome shopping experience. The woman who took care of me, Annie, treated me so kindly and really helped me find the right shoe and right fit. She was so knowledgeable and personable. It’s been years since I have had a shopping experience this pleasant. I was treated like I was the most important person in the room! Thank you- great shoe selection also!!
My family and I have been regular customers of Pegasus ever since we moved up 3 years ago. Their specialty in comfortable shoes is right up our alley and their selections never disappoint. I do have to say, however, that today, we received the most excellent, attentive, patient service under Charlie. He was super knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs. He knew the specifications of each shoe we were trying - the pros, cons, and how each shoe would fit our needs. Thanks Charlie! We came out of the store much more informed and confident. We'll see you guys soon!
Inka offered her assistance and found the shoe I wanted in my size by ordering from another store. She was friendly and kind. Other staff observed to be the same towards other customers. I was shopping for a shoe that looks good with dresses but also has the support and sole for walking or standing for a good amount of time. There were many more attractive options that fit that description than there had been in the past. Too bad the one I wanted wasn't on sale, but I'm happy with the outcome anyway. :
Really friendly place with lots of selection and excellent customer service. Inka was super helpful, patient, pleasant, and responsive when I called the store for an inventory check. Would definitely recommend this store — shop local!!
The people at Pegasus have been great. I ordered a pair of shoes from them, which were sent to my house. They did not fit as I thought they should. I brought them in and they figured out the correct size Birkenstock sizes are strangely large. They took back the shoes and ordered my new ones. I had my receipt; other than that, there were no questions asked. I would always recommend Pegasus!
The Pegasus staff in New Paltz are always friendly and helpful making shopping fun! The prices are reasonable and the sale room offers a large selection too!
I went into the new paltz store looking for new work shoes. Annie was amazing! She was so attentive, spent a ton of time helping me figure out what would be best for me. So is so knowledgeable too! Any question I had she was there to answer. I left with two great pairs of sneakers and I was so happy. I will definitely to back! Thank you Annie!
Very helpful staff and great selection. I needed something comfortable for my bad back but wide feet make finding shoes extra challenging. One of the employees shared that she also has wide feet and pointed me to some styles she thought would work. Tried one pair of Taos and I was all set!
I had a wonderful shoe shopping experience today at Pegasus in New Paltz. Kienan was so patient and willing to show me everything that might help my plantar fasciitis.
