In all honesty, I’d much rather shop at the Pismo or Tejon location where I would 100% be valued and acknowledged. Not once was acknowledged upon entering the store. 2/5 associates were doing their actual job and the others were standing around looking very unenthusiastic and not making any eye contact to any customer. When it came time to make my purchase, the associate didn’t bother to engage in a conversation and didn’t even ask if I was a Coach Insider; all they responded with was “oh”. Management should definitely retrain their staff on basic customer service skills or seek better talent. You can definitely tell that they are basically there for a paycheck which says a lot about the store’s atmosphere.
You know I always come here but not for the experience because it’s usually lacking to be honest. The only coach store I’ve ever had a consistent experience in is always the outlet in Arroyo Grande. I come to Tulare’s when I know what I want and don’t expect any decent help from the staff here. So if you expect to be helped don’t be disappointed, it’s not their forte.
This store is amazing ! The savings were phenomenal. Staff was also super friendly. And John was extremely helpful and well versed in all of the items ! Thank you coach for the amazing purses <33
The customer service is great. I had problems ordering online. So I had it sent tot he store and it got there in 2 days.
Definitely great customer service by the cashier that helped me but not so much fir the lady on the floor helping everyone but ignoring me the whole time I was looking around. So yeah the 5 stars for the girl who helped me. Store looked clean.
Excellent customer service, they were very helpful, letting us know about all the special and pointing out all the merchandise. Store was we kept and easy to shop. Found exactly what my wife wanted. Florinda was very helpful finding my wife the perfect birthday gift.
Didn't have the perfume my women wanted... but she found another she liked! Good customer service! We will be back!

Great sale!!! Staff was very professional, knowledgable and helpful. They even applied my husband's military discount retroactively on the day following the purchase! I am a returning customer and will most definitely return for more items in the future. Thank you!
Store was very nice and clean. Dont quite understand why they would want the ID of someone who was not the purchaser of a returned item in order to return the item when they already require the purchasers card to be present in order to process the return. I think they were a bit intrusive if you ask me.
