Coast Dental is amazing! Every single staff member is top notch! They explained everything to me very thoroughly, including the procedures performed and the costs associated. My hygienist was the best! She played great music while cleaning my teeth and made the whole experience relaxing and dentistry is not relaxing haha. I’d recommend Coast Dental to anyone!!
I don’t usually write reviews but this one needs to be written because it’s so terrible that it’s criminal. This dentist practice needs to be stopped immediately because of how terrible they take advantage of people and their health. I have been going to the Cape Coral office for over 15 years because Ana is a phenomenal hygienist .I went to get my routine 6 month checkup including X-rays and a cleaning. After the X rays were taken a few minutes later on a large TV monitor a guy with a white smock appears and he looks at the X-rays the hygienist emailed and tries to sell me a deep cleaning for $1800!! I was confused by this because I always had excellent check ups with no issues. I told them that I wanted my 6 month cleaning and I would get a second opinion from another dentist. They refused and told me that they would not do anything unless I was going to get the $1800 deep cleaning. So I went to an independent dentist that my wife uses in Cape Coral today. I got a full mouth ray, cleaning and dental exam from the dentist who is also the owner. I was told my gums and teeth are very healthy and nothing further is needed. My next 6 month appointment is scheduled for only a check up and cleaning with my new dentist. By the way , I have been told in the state of Florida that a dentist needs to be present and do an actual check up before they can recommend any work. This did not happen at Coast Dental. Do not go to Coast Dental!!!!! You have been warned by me and others on Google, Yelp and Facebook.
Dr JORDAN DA COSTA is my "new favorite Doctor". Super gentle, patient and has great compassion for his patients. I was embarrassed by my condition and they would have none of it. They are motivated to bring back my smile. The staff is down to earth amazing. I would highly recommend this office for any dental needs.
Honestly I do not recommend this place the ladies at the front were super rude for simple questions. Then when I went in for 6 month check up they claimed that I had a pending invoice for $50 which I had no problem paying and said they have been trying to tract me down for months when they didn’t even have my address or my phone number written correctly. The lady up at the front was very loud and a bit aggressive over the situation so by the end everyone In that office knew my business. Very unprofessional never will I go back to this place
Made an appointment for a simple cleaning. They told me I needed a deep cleaning that cost over $2400 and my insurance only covers $700 of it. I told them I couldn't afford it, so they refused to do the cleaning. On top of that they insisted I get x-rays I didn't want before a cleaning, that they then refused to do after the x-rays were taken. Went to another dentist today, the deep cleaning was not necessary and I got the simple cleaning from them. Go elsewhere.
I can get a bit nervous just thinking about going to the dentist. But my experience at Coast Dental was a game changer. Ariana was so delightful and attentive, which made me feel comfortable. I ended up needing a very deep cleaning. Anna was incredible and patient with me. It was for certain the most thorough cleaning I have ever endured. The dentist took the time to explain what needed to be done for me. Barbara and the entire staff are friendly and professional. I appreciate that Emily was able to get me in for treatment sooner due to a cancellation. Turns out I really needed this treatment. I fell I am in the very best of care at Coast Dental.
I have had nothing but good experiences. Always treated with respect and courtesy. I go in to have my teeth cleaned Anna the hygienist is very thorough and very knowledgeable. All the staff as of the ladies at the front with a very knowledgeable and care about your health. Even if I go in with a bad attitude I always walk out with a smile. I recommend coast dental Cape Coral to anyone needing dental care.
I came to this group with a mouthful of trouble. Backstory… chemo made a mess of me. Then depression from it all was followed by neglect. I needed some attention. Everyone here made me immediately feel like family. Girl party afterwards kind of conversation, I have become so attached to this staff. All …especially the dr have the highest concern for the patient comfort and pain levels. Treating me with joy and professionalism to the highest degree. I have more to do, but today I can smile with confidence, no more smirking for photos. I can’t thank them enough and actually look forward to future appointments. They have no idea how much was actually accomplished for my spirit. This group took away all my fears and exchanged them for happiness.
Would give 0 stars if I could. They do not answer their phone or return voicemails. I went and waited for 40 minutes just for them to finally take me back and then try to start saying they would refuse my cleaning unless I paid for X-rays with them.
Fraudulent practices in this office! I was taken advantage of, lied to and then made to look like I am the stupid one. My first appointment to go in and take xrays and discuss my treatment plan was suddenly rushed into a deep cleaning. I couldn't afford the deep cleaning so they told me I needed a loan. They then tell me if I take the loan it will cover this deep cleaning and my next two cleanings, the fourth one I would have to come out of pocket a little. Which is fine. I also just finished cancer treatment so during that time I couldn't get cleanings and thought that maybe I did need this cleaning. They seemed so friendly and as if they were definitely trying to help you. I can't believe I fell for it. Well then I go in for my second appointment which should be my first free one because I paid already they get me in the chair and tell me that I owe more money. I explain the loan situation and they say no that is not how it works. So I asked for the lady who originally explained the loan to me. I told her what was going on and she literally looked me in the eyes and said I never said that. I would never say something like that to you. Oh and on top of all that. I waited an extra two weeks for an appointment so I could specifically see the dentist. You know how I saw a dentist? Through a teleconference!!!! The dentist never even looked in my mouth! I now after the fact go on to google and yelp and look up reviews and I see this has happened to many of us. I am filing reports with the loan company, with Coast Dental Corporate offices. It is a sham this place. I am shocked with this many poor reviews that they still do business.
