Dr Sylva is very proficient and personable. He has all equipment in site and he gets the job done right. He has been my family’s dentist for the past 3 years. He has regularly performed checkups, cleanings and on occasion, fillings, filling replacements, root canals and crowns.
I tried to establish with the practice while my daughter was being seen nextdoor at Orthodontics Exclusively, hoping it would be a convenient option. The receptionist was the antithesis of helpful. She shoved a business card at me and told me to come back with info that she should have been eager to help with... didnt touch the card. Would never go back. If they treat a potential new client like that, how would they treat and established patient?.. not to mention that her tone/attitude read get away from me from the moment I walked in the door. I felt like a nuisance
It was my first visit and they were super good. The receptionist send me all the info I needed to know. She helped with everything and was so friendly. Dr. Silva was awesome. He explained all about my teeth. Super professional and nice. Thank you
