Dr. Neily graduated from Florida State University and received his medical degree from Southeastern University of Health Sciences in Miami, Florida. Dr. Neily completed his Dermatology residency training at Western University of Health Sciences in Los Angeles, California where he served as Chief Resident. He is a Board Certified Dermatologist and Mohs Micrographic Surgeon.
