I've been here since the beginning of the school year and it's clean and quiet and I don't have to mow my own grass. And any time I've reported a problem to the office it was resolved immediately. I really like living here so far. They upgraded the pool!!
A pretty decent trailer park all things considered. Some of the trailers could definitely use some maintenance, and the roads are a little rough. The prices are half what rent is anywhere else around here though, so for the price I would definitely recommend them.
I lived there 5 years ago and while I thought it was great, I absolutely loved that you didn't have to mow your own lawn, and there plenty of new ppl to meet and make friends but the crosses on the trees at the entrance are rather questionable, considering the experiences my family had at night time. I know that in the trailer my family and I were in, there was a dark figure that would pace back and forth in the hall where me and my lil brother's room was and not to mention that my mom couldn't even force herself to go outside some nights even tho she grew up in a haunted area, so while the history of Coast Meadows is questionable, I still think it's a great place. But do be careful at night, while the figure in our trailer never harmed us, I don't know if there are other spirits and, if there are more, if they have any intentions and what those intentions are, you can expect anything from the paranormal. Been here since December 2009. I attend Providence Baptist Church which is in walking distance from where I an located. I love everything about Coast Meadows. God is truly good and I thank Him for directing my path and my Salvation. Giving Him alI the praise and worship He deserves.

Never been there ??? Not sure why I would get this ???
Primarily a residential park. Park like facilities with pool, hot tub, playground and well maintained open grounds. Pool closed during winter. Kitchen and meeting room available. RV parking for longer stays. Pets allowed except for dogs weighing more than 35 pounds. Monthly lot rental comparable to other mobile RV parks in area. WIFI and cable not provided. Nearby facilities include shopping, Shepard Park and ball fields.

My wife and I have lived there for 25 yrs +. It's one of the nicest parks on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. We recommend it to anyone.
