I have lived here 17 years .this is a quite well kept park and I am very happy with the management . If it is a Sunday and i need there help they are right here to help. the park is Close to doctors, hospital and a lot of stores including Walmart. Could not be happier.
Very nice people and clean property
It's a mobile home park. Trailers are decent. Owners should work on their people skills. But they do watch out for strangers. Had a lady come up to me asking why I was there. Was in a different vehicle than they were used to picking up my daughter from the school bus stop. And I appreciate that. Good job there.
My son's grandmother lives here or I'd never go there.

great mobile home park I only thought I would be here about 1 year and i'm going on my 4th year here.. I paid off my mobile home and my lot rent is only 240 per month. thats the best price ever for living on the coast. esp ocean springs ms
