I'm keeping it simple. Manny, is the man got me approved for a car loan when every other bank denied me. As I walked in ALL the staff there were very polite. But, once again, Manny, is the man the attitude this man has beyond words. I highly appreciate how honest he was with me and made sure I was going to do the best moves to help my credit. Thank you Manny.

I've had nothing but bad experiences with the customer service at this credit union. I can't even speak to a manager! They said it's just a call center and there's no manager. If you're just a regular person who needs basic banking services, this is not the bank for you. I have other accounts with Central Coast Credit Union, and they are the complete opposite. I will keep my business strictly with Central Coast.

Wow! Love this bank. For the record I don't know anyone who works there personally, my good review is from experience only. I use four banks, Coast-Tel I like most. I have banked with them using many banking services they offer over 7 years. They are great. Truly what you want from a local credit union.

I use to bank with Coast-tel before it became Bay Federal and I loved it but now bay federal offers the same and more. I'm happy to see some of the employees from Coast-tel at Bay Federal because I get the best of both and I am very satisfied with their service and customer service thank you Gaby Gutierrez

I went in to open an account and was very disappointed in how unprofessional the women are that work there. Talking about members badly after they had exited the credit union, and what was even more shocking was that this behavior came from the woman in the office at the end of the counter, who I am assuming was a manager. Needless to say I took my business to a bank where they actually know what being professional consists of and treating people with respect.

Amazing staff, but has not been able to help me with most of my problems that led me to join a credit union in the first place. Times are changing i guess.

You can't go wrong with a long established local credit union with low loan rates & a staff that knows their membership. They're open to new members looking to escape pushy big banks. I love it!
