Everytime I call and need food help. Everytime! The people that answer the phone don't know anything about distrubutions in the county and hem and haw like I was interupting their sleep. They are rude, unkind and don't help, unless you pay money to put their food in your church, Greedy. otherwise they do nothing to really help people!
I had a US Foods refuse a box of high-quality Tyson steaks, so Tyson made my company find a location where I could donate it. This was an excellent choice!!! Very well organized facility with plenty of room to safely get in and turn around once I completed the donation process. Enjoy and safe travels!
Beautiful, mission, volunteers and employees! Super clean, organized food bank, and such an important charity.
This is a wonderful place! The staff are very polite and helpful. On many occasions staff members have gone out of their way to assuree I get what I need for my clients. The only way to improve the Food Bank, would involve cloning the staff and volunteers. I don't always remember to it when I am there, thank you for everything you do to help feed the community!
Beautiful facility, what an amazing asset to Monterey County
I do volunteer work at the food bank and I enjoyed stacking up foods and products
Why is it I always see a driver from the food bank sleeping in their truck and not working? Keep an eye out on the east side of Salinas that is their spot to nap! And it is a daily thing just about!!!!
Good and friendly staff most appreciated for their services and help for the homeless and those in need.Thank you.
It's a great place to be to volunteer and help others
The building was awesome the staff was more than helpful, they wanted peoples to be more open about their's enters action with the community
