Coastal Children's Clinic- Havelock

Have had nothing, but issues with this facility since going there! I strongly recommend you do NOT go here! The doctors & receptionists are rude. The nurse one time while vaccinating my son pinched him so hard & then slapped the area where the shot was received very hard. After making it known we could not make morning appointments they scheduled us for morning appointments & got mad when we didn’t show up. My daughter had an issue with gaining weight after she left the hospital & they were very rude about it. They called the health social services to come to my house when we didn’t show up for a morning appointment that I made clear I couldn’t make. They discharged us from the facility because we apparently missed too many appointments because they didn’t pay attention to scheduling needs. So the last time I couldn’t show up due to an issue with our car being totaled they told me we were discharged from the clinic. When I kept telling them that my daughter has Colic they gave me no recommendations on what I could to to help… also once I had finally figured out what formula worked best for her they wouldn’t write me a prescription for it, but instead wrote me a prescription for something different. They are terrible! I wish I could put -0 stars.

Please educate your "medical professionals" working with children, especially if they're going to be drawing blood. Also the male nurse at this facility is incredibly rude.

Love Dr Crawford! Staff is amazing as well. Dr Crawford listens to my many questions and fully replies back without rushing. I always feel safe with him caring for my children. Overall outstanding office! Thanks for all the years caring for my girls.

I love the nurses and doctors here! They have been amazing from the beginning with our son. Nurses and staff are friendly and always making sure our needs our met. Definitely would recommend them as pediatrician :

Dr. Crawford is by far the best doctor. He has seen my children since the day they were born. I love all the nurses. I would give 5 stars but certain receptionist are very rude and act like you are bothering them. They need to work on their customer service skills.

Hands down the best!! My son has been going here since birth. All of the doctors and nurses are kind and caring. They are quick to give away samples and are generous with them. The book program is awesome and scheduling is always quick. We will come here for as long as we are here!

Doctors and nurses are very nice and love their jobs. They are great with the kids and they know what they are doing. The doctor we see tells us straight. Does not cover anything and tells us when we are not going good for our kids. I like that. We learn how to care for our family.

Dr. Crawford is great, had to take our daughter in late in the afternoon for stitches. He had her back up and going in no time, and the nurse who helped was also fantastic.

I was thinking of going somewhere else, but I hear you have these incredible shirts that promote the imperative practice of vaccination! I am highly disappointed in the people trying to lower your ratings with their harmful views on children's health and well being. I have reported them all and hope Google will review their dangerous comments! Can't wait to bring my daughters into an office that practices safety and scientifically proven medical procedures over the horrific ideas of not vaccinating your children! Thank you for being smart!

I feel very comfortable with this place. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and accommodating. When my son is sick they quickly fit him in and see him right away and answer any questions that I have. They are really good people.
