The pharmacist is so sweet. The doctor forgot to send my daughters prescription so it was late once we realized what had happened. He worked hard to ensure my daughter had her medicine. Above and beyond. All the staff was very nice. Would recommend to anyone! They are also in Network with Tricare which is always a plus
CVS NEVER staffs enough people in the pharmacy! Often the pharmacist is busy helping customers rather than filling prescriptions. My family is seriously considering moving our prescriptions to another pharmacy and I have heard the same complaint from numerous other customers
No compassion from front desk pharmacy. I was simply trying to go home after surgery. 3 hours, no prescription. I tried to inquire if their systems were down since my doctor has stated 3x it as sent in. The lady rolled her eyes and responded “ We don’t have it” I hope in her future endeavors she can be a bit more humble and lose the attitude!
I wish I could leave negative stars. They screw up EVERY RX treat I have had filled there. I call in advance to explain what’s going on and what to be prepared to do. Some of my meds are self pay. I explained this to them 3 times 3 They still tried to send it through my insurance and made me reschedule my flight that I had previously booked. I rescheduled for 2 days after they said my RX would be filled. You would think that would be fine. You would be wrong at this place. Now I have a flight tomorrow Friday and they say they tell me it will be Monday because they didn’t order it and my insurance will only pay for 7 days. Now I have to rebook again for next Tuesday. $400.00 in rebooking charges because they can’t figure out how to make a not of what to do. They sell sticky pads there. USE THEM.
I just want to say that Toni, the head lady who runs the havelock CVS was amazing she went above and beyond what she had to to ensure I was taken care of! I was able to receive my medicine when it didn't seem possible. THANK YOU!!
Havelock NC location. Literally as I’m walking up to the pharmacy pick up counter a lady at the register tells me, “we’re closing in one minute for lunch, actually we’re already closed”…………not, hello sir, how are you, nothing professional ..I was there to pick up a prescription. At 1:30 pm. I’ll be taking my business to a pharmacy in town that has normal sensible retail working hours.
Had to return something today and it was a VERY negative experience. Product says "30 Day Guarantee" right ON IT. It was in my possession only a couple days, yet Store Manager herself acted like she wasn't going to do it. After too much hassle, ugliness, and getting annoyed at me, she belatedly put the credit on my Discover Card. I left vowing to avoid ever returning to this location. Go to Walmart. Their return policy is SO much better!
Due to our insurance we had to change all our prescriptions over to here. I wish I had another option for sure. They always have an excuse for not having items ready. Today the excuse is well it is a narcotic and we have to paper order them. Ok. You had the script five days ago. You mean we are the only people in this town to use this medicine? Also no courtesy call to let me know it would be five days before we would receive the medicine? I’m grateful it isn’t a life or death situation for my family members medicine. I would also hate to have to be burdened by calling someone. Then when I asked would be get it today she stated, with a rude tone, you will have to give us an hour we are backed up. Really? Really? Good thing my family member has been without there medicine now for several days due to you all. Come on CVS Get It Together!!
CVS pharmacy is absolutely terrible . I have epilepsy and they keep telling me every single day they are ordering my new prescription . Yet I try to pick it up and they have told me 4 days in a row now , “ sorry it’s showing it’s been ordered , but we don’t have it yet “ “it’s a hard medication to get “ P.S. my prescription was sent over a week prior to them ordering Like seriously ??? You are a pharmacy. How is it hard to get ? I can’t be like , okay no problem I’ll just risk having a seizure until you can figure out a way to get my medication every month . I NEVER had these issues when I was with havelock drug company . Or even Rite aid for Christ sake. How about get some tips from other companies on how to get medications ordered properly. You guys are terrible , point blank. If anybody is considering coming to CVS pharmacy, get your medicine ANYWHERE else .
Thanks to the staff and Pharmacists for the hard work and dedication. I know the past couple of years must have been crazy with COVID and supply chain issues. You have been a big help! Thank you
