The desserts and service were good, but the bathroom was pretty gross. We were there on a Sunday around 2pm so it wasn't like it was packed. They also don't have a changing table :/
Great experience. There were 3 employees on duty when I got there and it was super busy. A young lady who I hope was the manager was doing a great job and handling things in a calm manner despite clearly having one newbie on duty and a huge line. Some customers were jerks about the wait which I felt bad to see because the team was clearly understaffed but doing the best they could. Everything was awesome and I hope the girl gets commended or promoted honestly, she was creating a fun environment and holding it together. That is quality.
If you like pricey, creamy ice cream filled with sugary treats, then this is the perfect establishment for you. I'm always a little confused about how much I'm going to pay for the ingredients I'm picking out, but I'm usually coming here for a treat, so I'm not really worried about spending an extra dollar or four. They have a really good no-sugar-added ice cream here that I would recommend to anyone trying to avoid sugar but still get their ice cream hit.
It was cold outside and it was busy inside and the poor girl was working by herself. She was upbeat and friendly and made us some delicious ice cream mixes. Nothing tasted like soap thankfully! We had a good experience and will be back.
Completely disappointed!! I’ve been buying my ice cream at this store for years, never a complain, however, today I went to get an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday and I ordered a Gotta have it creation and was sooo disappointed. Apparently they have changed owners and now they use a scoop to measure the serving which it’s OK but the 3 scoops they served for the size ordered don’t even fill 3/4” of the container!! They used to be generous with the servings and now they don’t even give you what you pay for which is at least the size of your container. I asked the girl to fill it up and she said that this is the new policy, 1, 2 or 3 scoops and she couldn’t do anything. Obviously this new owner is trying to save money but this is not the way!!
I do not recommend this place to any one. If I could give them less than a star I would, they ran out of strawberry’s and strawberry flavor. The actual ice cream was melting before it was out the freezer. Go to the marble slab instead.
Do they close at 9:00pm or 8:45pm? I've been to this place several times over the summer and they usually turn off the 'OPEN' sign 15 to 10 mins early. One time I made it there at 8:55pm and they turned me away, when there were still people inside. Cold Stone has delicious ice cream IMO! But the customer service in this particular store is lacking.
Friendly staff, great service. It was pretty busy, but they still got us taken care of fast. Ice cream was good, maybe a little too much of some add ins, but overall not bad.
Great ice cream but the service was sub-standard. We went in close to closing and had no problem with the buy and leave, but they rushed us and messed up the order. By the end I was fed up and just paid for what they gave us and left.
Was just ok... icecream good, however, when we went there was absolutely nothing inside the windows where the caramel apples, etc is supposed to go.... I mean, completely bare!!! And MAYBE three cakes in the display refrigerator. No reason for me to pay tolls and gas to ever go back, not to mention the prices are ridiculously high for a scoop of icecream with a few gummy bears and a milkshake lol...smh
